MadMax finishes the Swede despite the early jump by the ex Leafie. No wonder Carl can't fight.

Max's win streak is over,...draw.

In between lots of cuddles and holding hands, Gunnarson takes a few on the beak, win for the Sens man

dont follow sens close enough but isnt it mccormick's like 3rd fight in 3-4 games?and thats 1st gunnarson's fight it wasnt really since gunnarson started to hug mccormick but mccormick managed to land some left and right anyway.gunnerson is probably glad he wears a visor

Max McCormick

Team toughness. Reaves looks on from the bench as Gunnarsson scraps with McCormick. This league has become a laughingstock and they're still trying to sell this team toughness crap. I want to see two guys without visors bash each other's faces in like the good old days. Sorry guys, rant over. Win McCormick.

gunnarsson thought fights were a hug fest he is lucky mccormick couldn't pull away

Winner is Max McCormick !

The Swede needs to go to fight school. He lets the little guy get inside and punch his lights out. All McCormick.

Pretty good punches from McCormick, considering he was essentially tied up by Gunnersson. Maybe Gunnersson should seriously consider not experimenting with this "dropping the gloves thing" in the future.

Max causing a ruckus in front of the net. Pairs off with Gunnarsson Manages to get inside on the not experienced fighter and land a few nice punches to the face So far so good for Max but, aside from Farnham (the bottom of the bottom of fighters) He hasn't had a real challenge yet

Gunner might be worse at fighting than he is at playing defense. McCormick with an easy win.

Considering McCormick had the disadvantage of being teamed up on early, he ended it well. Gunnarsson is a chump.

I agree with bigmike53, this is starting to be a joke. The friggin rosebowl parade had more viewers then the boston montreal game. I'm glad the fans voted in big john scott. That should send a message to ferry buttman the commish.

LMAO! McCormick gets jumped by two big baboons, is tied up by one, peeled away by another , but still knocks the snot right out of Goonarson's sinus cavity. Great WIN for McCormick. Gotta love this guy.

Gunner in his first (and probably last) career bout takes on an experienced fighter in McCormick. He did alright, i.e. remained conscious.

After this performance, you know why Gunnarsson has gone over 400 NHL games without getting into a fight. McCormick's body blows late earn him a win.

Max Mc undefeated for the season. What has the NHL (d)evolved into?

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on January 11, 2016 at 02:07 AM

Max landed about six lefts for the win

Posted by slambo on January 05, 2016 at 05:20 AM

gunnarsson just wanted to cuddle, McCormick threw some really good shots, and had old Carl's neck snapping around like a bobble head for a minute there. I had to watch it a second time to see the sneaky power behind a couple of Max's punches. the mic and a 4

Cheap ex leaf Steen... Needs a punch in the face.. Repatedly..
