Bobby beats Brenden.........the Morrow of the story you ask? It's simple ......if you fight a farm hand you will lose .......Bobby was making hay in this fight. Have a safe and happy holiday to all here at Hockeyfights!!!!!!

Bobby Farnham is a poor man's Matthew Barnaby....

Posted by mikebflorida on December 24, 2014 at 02:20 PM

Shield vs no shield makes all the difference here as Morrow is busy trying to get the stupid shield off while Farnham throws but alas, Morrow gets it off and......the zebras intervene. Fock this noise. How can people vote a winner here? Cuz they have to? Ugh.

rematch from a week ago...too bad linesmen had their way and didnt listen to morrow.he would probably win but its just a draw

Okay, hold on my 2 kids are fighting down stairs, they are throwing harder punches than 60 year old Morrow, and Bobby Farmhand. Horrible. What the heck is going on in the NHL this year, we have nothing good on. Wheres McGrattan, Orr, Rosehill??? Give me something here.........Big Bad Bruins? Broad Street Bullies? Wait gotta get back to my kids fight.......

Farnham need more lessons

Posted by web1350 on December 23, 2014 at 10:41 PM

Not much of a fight but gotta give it to Farnham because he threw the most punches and connected with the most although none were damaging.

Posted by von_swine on December 29, 2014 at 05:17 AM

oh Morrow, what are you doing?.. is this how you stay in 'The Show' now that Ryan Malone is out?..... and Bobby Farnham, rings of some skinny glam-rock guitarist from Sheffield, or Coventry circa 1976... either way, ol'Bobby does a LOT of flailing on his much older dance partner and gets a decisive W, even if he didn't really hit the old guy.. and folks, this IS hockey in 2014... #34 FTW.

Good tilt

Posted by dcmac on December 24, 2014 at 12:40 AM

Called it a draw. Morrow threw more , however, I only saw each player connect with one good shot and I only count connects.

Hey hey for the Farnzi. the rookie handles the aging vet in a free for all. Win to Farnham who did a great job of tying up Morrow, and landing some good shots in the process. Let's Go Pens!!!

Posted by Amerkfan8 on December 27, 2014 at 09:00 PM

Wanted to see Morrow feed the punk but it didn't happen. Neither guy could really get free...draw.

Boldbilly with some wordplay! LOL. I forgot to turn the sound off so had to listen to Steggie and Errey talk nonsense again.

Posted by ozhffollower on December 23, 2014 at 11:32 PM

Bobby doesn't sing quite as well as Johnny but did ok here.

Posted by Humper on December 24, 2014 at 10:47 AM

It looked to me like Farnham beat the bejeezus out of Morrow's helmet. Regardless, the country boy outpoints Brenden for the win. Whoo-ee!

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on December 24, 2014 at 10:28 PM

Farnham did a decent job against Morrow, but then again I think I could have done a decent job against Morrow.

For a second there I thought that the Pens had signed Darcy Tucker out of retirement. Farnham didn't look like a mini-Parros here. Santa brought him a box of balance early! I swear that I've seen that #10 from Tampa in a Pens sweater for one spring moment......hmmmmm.

"Farmhand" ( a nickname borrowed from the genius of KingOfGoons) lowers his sites and takes on a more suitable opponent... only to hug and awkwardly scuffle his way to a draw that further exposes his limitations That fake cocked fist at the end wasn't intimidating to anyone As always BoldBilly's puns are making me chuckle

Posted by Hilaker on December 24, 2014 at 01:05 AM

Farnham lands the better shots. They need to start throwing them early because the ref jump in at the first opportunity. If you ice dance they will cut in and ruin the fun.

Posted by Jrsnowden1025 on December 24, 2014 at 01:18 PM

Some nice shots thrown by Farnham. At first look, it looks like Morrow got a couple nice shots in there, but too little too late.

Posted by Walt on December 24, 2014 at 08:35 PM

Farnham's a fun little bulldog and he gets the win. Oh and +1 to "Ozhffollower" for his reference to legend "The Voice"

Posted by shawn46 on December 24, 2014 at 10:27 AM

Ahhhh the riot in Smurftown... Poppa Smurf you are too old for this nonsense... Nice roar though Farmhandette you are that little engine that could... and today he did...

Farnham maintained control on Morrow

Posted by Boiler95 on December 24, 2014 at 10:56 AM

The young gun comes hard all the time. Morrow better thank refs for getting in stopping it before Farnham did more damage. Morrow should know better than to mix it up with a guy trying to stay up with the big team.

Posted by Daniel32293 on December 24, 2014 at 02:13 AM

For previous posters: Farnham is one of the smallest guys in the Pens organization so the 5'10 statistic is correct. And for his dramatics of throwing the gloves, that's just how he is. The kid skates his ass off every shift, finished every check and throws as many punches he can. He's a forth liner for a reason not going to fill up an stat sheets or will be playing in Pittsburgh come February. It is what it is and this is how he has to make his spot in Pittsburgh last. As for the fight: mediocre.

Posted by McGuffin on December 24, 2014 at 12:20 AM

Farnham with the dramatic toss of the gloves. How stylish. Usually guys who resort to such theatrics can't play hockey. Just looked up this clown's stats. Zero point zero. Like I said. Still, win penguin boy.

Posted by nait on December 24, 2014 at 04:42 AM

stupid staged fight. I hate fights like this, if it isn't in the heat of the moment during a play it has no place in hockey.

Posted by King of Goons on December 24, 2014 at 09:22 AM

Farmhand finds himself an old goat to tangle with and gets the W.

Posted by Massive Coiler on December 23, 2014 at 10:40 PM

Not terrible, Farnham early, Morrow late. Morrow was visibly upset that the refs were coming in to break that up. Draw, I think.

Posted by Elegance on December 24, 2014 at 01:13 AM

Wow. This was Farnham's first ever win, soak it Inn oh oh oh and he kept his balance, ah I guess Christmas time is a time of miracles! It will never happen again. Time for old top to feel some shame. Win for Farnham in a 4 fight.

Posted by EK65 on December 24, 2014 at 01:06 AM

Bobby Farnham is listed at 5'10... That doesn't seem right.. Anyways, the classic momentum scrap.. Farnham does enough to get the victory Morrow gets angry at the refs for coming in Morrow must not watch what refs have been doing earlier this year ala Shawn Thornton vs Chris Neil Morrow Morrow Morrow Morrow Morrow Morrow Morrow Morrow That's a fun name to write out.. Morrow Win Farnham & 4

Posted by rocky 1 on December 23, 2014 at 11:38 PM

Farnham vs Morrow Farnham with the better hold Farnham keeps punching and punching Morrow keeps getting hit Morrow past his prime Loses this one!

Posted by bigmike53 on December 23, 2014 at 10:50 PM

Good close scrap here. Farnham did some damage early cutting Morrow's eye. Morrow comes back but the Zebras thwart his comeback attempt early. Farnham gets the win.
