NBC and others want to take fighting out of hockey....this shows it has started......sad.

Surprised Ott survived this...Draw amidst the sissy takedowns.

The reigning heir to the " Kantstopolous" throne survives to lose another day as Mr Chips awkwardly manages to keep Ott from doing any real damage

Terrible fight by two terrible fighters.

Not much happening here except these two guys wasting my time. I'm going Draw in this snoozer.

Draw. Chipchura doesn't get extra points for instigating it in an ass whipping.

not many punches landed but looks like chipchura controlled the fight.good on ott for accepting this challenge.that' s leadership

Chipchura is one of the NHL's worst fighters. That being stated, it was funny to watch him cross check that POS Steve Ott to the ice and then rag doll him. Ott fails again. I'm not sure why the Blues traded for this bad karma player, but it looks like they're stuck with him.

This was a classic Ott got hit and came up swing at the guy so mad that he's just wanting to hurt someone, I gave the fight to Chipchura on the fact he landed the most punches while Ott was blinded by his fury (and I'm a BLUES fan). After watching this bout now I understand why my dad always said, "if you want to loose a fight, fight when your angry."

Logically I should rule this a draw but, Gonna do the impossible and say Win Chi.. Win Chip.. I can't really do it but, you get what I was going for..

Ott should have just skated away. He can't fight and his team was winning by 4 in the 3rd period. Meaningless fight but I give the win to Chipchurra by a slight slight edge.

Chipchura had control of this one. Ott gets a point for punching in the arm (Ouch, hey now). Chipper in a shorty.

I don't think I've ever seen Chipchura win a fight. How does he keep a job?

Posted by buzzgun2000 on October 20, 2014 at 12:27 PM

I had expectations before watching this and Ott met those expectations.....ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ.......

Posted by Humper on October 19, 2014 at 07:52 AM

"How do you NOT love Kyle Chipchura?" asks the announcer. So which do you prefer - the short list or the full dissertation? An unfortunate snorefest regardless of who you love.

a mediocre fight where you hope they both lose

Chipchura needs a job....so sad...

I continue to watch Ott fights even though they always suck. WTF is wrong with me? I should pass on them.

very slight edge to Chipchurs
