Boring fight. Side note - WTF was Adam Burish doing? That kid couldn't hit water if he fell out of a boat. What an embarrassment.

draw! I must say this site has drawn to many fu***** idiots. I guess these days you get a win for hugging and one powder puff punch. Im not big on either fighter but you dip shi** need to stop voting because you dislike a guy and vote for the true winner. tattooedkingpin your one of the worst on this site and on top of that you would run like a bitch if Ott were after you.

Would have rather seen Burish and Regher.

I regret having spent 1:01 of my time watching this "fight."

Stars showing their frustration of giving up seven goals on not many shots.

As Dallas works the puck around in the offensive zone, Adam "I led the Blackhawks to the Stanley Cup" Burish is set up in front of Calgary's net to screen the goalie. As a shot comes in and Karlsson makes the save, Burish is pushed by Robin Regehr. Calgary's Matt Stajan also comes in and gives Burish a push, so Burish gives him a left handed glove shot to the face. Curtis Glencross comes in, so Krys Barch starts to move in as well, but is grabbed by Stajan. As this is going on, Sarich is holding Ott, and throws a gloved left at him. Ott returns a gloved right, Sarich drops the gloves and grabs on with both hands. Ott drops his and they're in a hugging position to start. Sarich is the first to reposition his hands, taking his left off of Ott's rib area and grabbing on to the shoulder area. As he moves his hand, Ott throws a right to his midsection, and attempts a right to the head that doesn't get there due to Sarich's arm positioning. Ott grabs on with his right, so he can take off Sarich's visor with his left. Once he does this, they wrestle a bit before Sarich moves his left hand yet again, this time putting his arm around Ott's head and grabbing Ott's left shoulder. When he does this, Ott attempts a right that doesn't reach. Sarich finally lets go and throws 3 rights, the second of which apparently catches Ott in the face. (Can't tell from the angle, but the Dallas announcers say the Calgary player's punch landed, so I'll take their word for it). After this exchanged, the two separate a bit, only holding on with their left hands now. After spinning a bit, Sarich somehow loses his balance (nothing seems to cause this), and when he attempts to grip Ott again, he finds himself in an awkward position, with his left arm over Ott's left shoulder. Ott throws a soft punch to the back as they both go down and are separated by the linesmen. Not much happens here, besides Sarich looking awkward. Ott 2/4 Sarich 1/3.

Dear Dallas, if this is your idea of a tough guy, you really ''Ott'' to think about an upgrade (not named Barch) as soon as possible.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on January 22, 2011 at 01:19 AM

i want to see Ott bleed.....alot...

Posted by GreatMurray on January 25, 2011 at 08:22 AM

Sarich landed a better punch in a hug fest. I like Sarich because he always steps up tho' not really his assigned task.

Posted by Bluetiedown44 on January 22, 2011 at 12:23 AM

There was a day Sarich would destroy Ott, but not this fight. Just a few punches were thrown. Ott handled himself better than I expected, but Sarich had the stronger punches.

what a fight not much to it sarinch landed better hits nice job to both players even though i hate steve ott

Dear Ott Haters Notice how a non fighter seems to hang in there with the tough guys even though it's not his job ie. Chris Barch ( which is not much of a fighter ). I scored it with a slight edge to Ott even though it was probably more of a draw. Of course I was wondering at the time why Barch not Ott doesn't step in there to take on Stajan for going after Burish who shouldnt have even been in the game He walked into the game in a walking boot and took block shots off the same foot. Amazing effort from Burish

sarich used to be tough and one of my favorite players.he is visor-wearing pusssy now.he looked awful and desperate even against ott.edge ott and gave it 3

Posted by BritishRedWing on January 22, 2011 at 04:56 PM

Draw, crap fight. Sarich rarely fights, and even he made Ott look like an idiot.
