Habs Going Down Swinging

The Montreal Canadiens haven't had a regulation win since Feb 11th, a 5-0 crushing of the Toronto Maple Leafs. The Leafs took the rematch last night, 3-1.
With the trade for Brad Staubitz and the return of Ryan White, the Canadiens have one thing that looks different: their fight total. With six fights in the last four games Montreal has bumped their FM total up 50% on the season.
Staubitz had a great bout with Mike Brown mid-way through the first period of last night's rivalry game. The two had a couple of quick toe-to-toe exchanges as they spun around in the neutral zone.
Iginla still powerforward prototype
There aren't many true powerforwards left in the league, but Jarome Iginla still fits the mold. Iginla has 51 points in 65 games this season and had his third fight of the year Friday night against Francois Beauchemin. It was a lengthy scrap, and Iginla had the advantage as he switched hands a few times during the fight.
This was the second time they dropped the gloves. Their first fight was in the 2005-06 playoffs. Beauchemin got the better of that one, catching Iginla quickly after they squared off.
