Four fights came from Thursday's slate of games and all were relatively even.

In the first period of Devils–Leafs, David Clarkson and Jay Rosehill dropped the gloves at the end of a shift and still had a pretty entertaining scrap.

Two bouts took place during Kings–Pens. Kevin Westgarth locked horns with Deryk Engelland in a heavyweight tilt. Minutes later, Ryan Craig stepped in for teammate Kris Letang against Wayne Simmonds.

Elsewhere, Cody McCormick and Darcy Hordichuk exchanged wild rights in a short bout during Sabres–Cats.
