Oct 20, 2003 2pd 09:53 Tie Domi @NYI Eric Godard
Comments: Godard lays out Tucker and Domi comes in to have words. They drop em and go. Domi slips, Godard lets him up. Domi lands some rights, and Godard lands a few weaker shots. It appeared one might have thrown Domi off-balance as he goes down again. Godard lets him up again. Some more shots by each, a decent right by Domi and Domi goes down (slip) and gets back up again. Domi swings a couple of haymakers and it looks like at least one landed well. Then they tie each other up and it's done.

Oct 22, 2003 1pd 01:43 Gary Roberts @DAL Bill Guerin
Comments: Roberts levels Zubov into the boards, and Guerin flies in to defend his teammate. Gloves fly off, Guerin throwing the rights, Roberts throwing the lefts. They are toe-to-toe, Guerin has his head down most of the time, throwing a bit more wildly than Roberts appears to be. Guerin then goes down with Roberts on top (Guerin goes down stomach first).

Oct 23, 2003 1pd 19:28 Ric Jackman @PHO Brad Ference
Comments: There's a scrum and falling bodies in front of the Leaf's net. Out of the mess comes these two. They wrestle, jostle then you hear the ref say "get back... I don't give a **** ,let 'em go" Havent heard those words in a while. Jackman appears to want little to do with it, and pins Ference against the boards. Ference pops off his helmet and starts with lots of rabbit punches. Jackman gets pissed and swings a couple of wild ones. More grappling, then Ference with a few more noogies.

Oct 25, 2003 1pd 08:27 Wade Belak WAS Stephen Peat
Comments: Both go after each other the whole shift and finally Belak hits Peat and they decide to go. Belak starts off pretty well with the uppercuts to straight rights. Most came up short, but he did get in a couple. Peat then gets the lefts going again, but Belak turns into him and Peat can't get in much. Belak throws a couple of more that seem to hit the mark. Peat gets his left free again and lands a big left that gives Belak a bloody nose and follows up with another big left. They then hug and the linesmen come in.

Comments: Peters and Perrott collide by the box and get the lumber up. Camera gets there late, and it seems Perrott got the jump on Peters. Perrott is hammering away with the left hand, Peters is trying to throw rights back, but Perrott is landing more and better shots. Peters goes down, not sure if it was balance or punches. Perrott keeps on throwing lefts as Peters tries to get up. The linesmen come in and Peters is livid.

Nov 04, 2003 3pd 02:12 Bryan Marchment PIT Ramzi Abid
Comments: Earlier Marchment elbowed Abid after the whistle. In the third Abid follows Marchment behind the net and shoves him. When the camera gets back there Abid misses two rights, then ducks under a Marchment right. An off-balance Abid takes a right to his ear and falls. Marchment landing one on the back of Abid's helmet as he's down. As Abid tries to get up Marchment throws an uppercut. Abid now has his jersey over his face. He's pretty much blind and can't really throw, but still avoids a Marchment left. They're up against the Leafs' bench. Mush throws a body shot, then an uppercut. Abid's just holding on waiting for the refs. Marchment tries another uppercut, then the linesmen come in and Marchment throws three more rights, none landing or doing anything. Perrott come up short with a haymaker right as they twirl. Focht has Perrott in a headlock, Perrott throws a short left that grazes Focht, then noogies Focht with three rights to the back of the head. Comments: They shove, and as the ref tries to control them, they pull away and Belak lands a nice right to McKenna's ear, then another over the top of McKenna's head, grazing him and getting him off balance. They both have two handfuls of jersey and are whipping each other around. Belak throws a right to McKenna's shoulder, then another that grazes Steve's head. They both throw rights that get tangled and miss. McKenna throws a big right that hits Belak's neck/helmet. McKenna's elbow pad is tangled in his hand as Belak tries two jerseyed lefts. McKenna lands a right to the back of Belak's head and Belak misses two overhand rights, but gets McKenna off-balance. Belak looks to land a decent uppercut, then one right to McKenna's shoulder that might have slid up to McKenna's face. Belak shoves off and McKenna goes to one knee and gets up. Comments: With the game already over, Domi decides to do some headhunting. He skates at Van Allen and gives him shots in the face. Van Allen is already wearing a chin protection thing over his face. and Domi punches it twice then jumps on the turtling Van Allen. Van Allen and Roberts/Sundin had a few run-ins with him, perhaps that was the reasoning. Feb 17, 2004 2pd 02:39 Tie Domi BOS Doug Doull
Comments: Domi challenges Doull off the draw. They talk a little, then Domi just throws down and grabs on. Doull drops immediately after. Domi gets the better start, landing one shot, maybe another weak one and Doull goes down due to balance. Domi lets him back up and they are in-tight. Domi appears to be saying something to Doull then Doull lands a solid uppercut with his left hand. They are at arms-length and Doull gets a hand free and lands two shots, maybe another weak one. Domi then throws two wild lefts, one just barely connects and Doull dodges the other one, but goes to the ice while he does so.

Comments: They're in front of the net, the whistle blows. A shove and then a gloved punch by Cairns. Nolan looks at the ref, sees no call and throws a gloved one back. While still shoving they drop the gloves and Cairns easily gets Nolan's jersey up over his head and throws two light punches as the linesmen are rushing in along with some teammates. The linesmen break it up while Nolan's trying to throw some lefts, which don't really reach. Other Penalties: Each player received a roughing.

Mar 09, 2004 1pd 05:25 Nathan Perrott FLA Darcy Hordichuk
Comments: Hordichuk goes to his opposite wing so you knew this was gonna happen. Seemed Perrott knew it was coming and he got the jump and landed two quick punches right at the glove drop. They start throwing, Hordi with the rights, Perrott with the lefts. Each are swinging a bit wild, and Perrott is off-balance for the most part. Hordichuk's able to push-n-tug Perrott down and throw a few more rights as the linesmen come in.

Comments: Belak puts Buchberger into the Pens' bench and Buchy drops to the ice in pain. Focht and Belak are throwing down when the camera goes off of Buchy. Belak from looks to graze a couple of rights on Focht while Focht throws a few uppercuts. They both miss uppercuts in front of the Leafs' bench. Belak comes up short with a right as they twirl. Belak rings a right off of Focht's helmet, then grazes another off the spinning and ducking Focht's shoulder. Focht then loses his balance and goes down. He jumps back up and Belak grabs a hold of his jersey and hits him with an uppercut and Focht goes back to his knees. Mar 13, 2004 1pd 08:15 Tie Domi @MON Darren Langdon
Comments: They lined up against each other off of the draw and talk a little and the gloves come off. Domi starts things by throwing about five or six lefts while Langdon grapples for position, probably about two or three of those landed. Langdon threw one right that didn't look to land. Langdon's helmet comes off, but its tangled in Domi's hand. Domi switches hands and throws a weak right that doesn't land. They go out to center ice and Langdon manages to get the right going and throws about three, one landing. Domi isn't throwing anything and it looks like its going to be over, but then Domi throws a couple of rights and one lands. Langdon gets his right hand going and he looks to land three nice punches. Domi sneaks in another left and Langdon lands a couple of more rights, Domi counters with another left. They are holding each other at arms-length and the linesmen come in.

Belak throws some overhand rights at Worrell, some landing. Then Worrell starts throwing some haymakers, some barely landing, if at all. They continue to spin around and throw haymakers. Comments: Domi throws down first and gets two or three shots off, then Doull regains his balance and Domi is still firing away and getting the better of it. Doull then starts throwing wildy and connects on a solid punch right to Domi's jaw and Domi takes a knee but pops right back up. Doull lands another and Domi hits the ice again mostly from being off-balance. He pops up and spins Doull off-balance and throws a punch while Doull is falling and he keeps him down.
