Comments: Avery lands one or two rights, getting McCabe to his knees. Avery hits the bigger man twice while he is down. McCabe gets back up, and they both throw some punches which appear to miss. But Avery still seems to have the upper hand, until McCabe tackles him to the ice -- and then gives him a shot to the back as the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Alexei Ponikarovsky received an obstruction hooking.

Avery was active but doesn't work at this time to winning a fight.
A decent/nice fight in my paper.
Avery landed two short punches to the start taking one similar one by McCabe.
McCabe goes down, because partly Avery's short right and balance thing.
He took 2 nice rights from Avery as he was getting up.
McCabe replied soon with a nice punch as almost took one good right by Avery.
McCabe got a good hold of Avery and tackles him to the ice landing on top(one nice right).
A DRAW.
