| Comments: Right off of the faceoff, the two fling the gloves and sticks aside, squaring off in the middle of the New Jersey zone. They grab ahold of each other and Asham starts things off with a series of jersey-jabs mixed in with two long rights. Janssen returns fire with a right and they go back and forth with the right hand, each landing one or two. Asham throws two rights, one of them knocking Janssen's helmet off just before Janssen fires away with a right and shakes off his elbow pad. They exchange a few jersey-jabs and rights until they nearly lose their balance. The linesmen start to come in, but are quickly waved off by Janssen. They spend the rest of the fight going back and forth with rights, jabs, and uppercuts: Janssen getting the better of the exchange. Asham gets turned around and that signals that it's time for the linesmen to move in and end the scrap. | ||||

| Comments: A scrum develops near the side boards and Eager and Witt end up together. Witt gives Eager a facewash and Eager drops his gloves, missing with a right. Eager shoves Witt, trying to get him to drop his gloves, but it takes a right hand in order for Witt to do so. They wrestle around for a long while until Eager throws a short right that hits Witt's helmet. Witt responds with an uppercut and a right and Eager throws two rights and two uppercuts while trying to shake off his elbow pad. Witt then wrestles him to the ice and gets in a right, but the linesmen are right there to grab the two. Other Penalties: Mike Richards and Andy Hilbert each received a roughing. | ||||

| Nov 25, 2006 | 2pd 16:37 | Chris Simon | WAS | John Erskine |
| Comments: Erskine is clearing the front of the Caps' net and as the puck moves away he seeks out Chris Simon. They drop the gloves and just start swinging, Erskine with the rights, Simon with the lefts. They each land a couple, and Simon pauses to regain his balance as Erskine throws a wild shot that becomes a body shot, and pauses for a quick moment while Simon starts throwing lefts again. Erskine goes for a big right that helps throw Simon off-balance. Simon goes to a knee and as Erskine is losing his balance, Simon helps bring him down to the ice and gets in a left as the linesmen come in. | ||||

| Comments: Witt flips Crosby around with a huge open-ice hit, causing both Ryan Whitney and Malone to go after Witt in retaliation. All three drop their gloves, but it's Malone and Witt who pair off while Whitney is grabbed by Bruno Gervais. Witt and Malone quickly fall to the ice only to get back up. Malone throws two rights and they grapple for a long while as Witt is unable to get anything going. Malone gets free and throws an uppercut followed by two overhand rights to the back of Witt's helmet. Witt returns fire with a right and Malone attempts another uppercut just before Witt whips Malone to the ice and the linesmen jump in to break things up. Other Penalties: Malone received an instigator and misconduct; Ryan Whitney a double roughing; Bruno Gervais a roughing. | ||||

| Feb 27, 2007 | 2pd 06:24 | Chris Simon | PHI | Todd Fedoruk |
| Comments: They drop the gloves and square off at center ice. They grab ahold of each other and grapple for a short moment until Fedoruk throws two lefts to the side of Simon's helmet. Simon comes back with an uppercut and a short left. They then go toe-to-toe with a couple of rights each. Simon lands two more lefts after that and continues to throw while Fedoruk switches hands and answers with two rights that miss during the flurry. They get in-tight and wrestle around for a bit until Fedoruk gets loose and throws a left. Simon responds with a couple of lefts that Fedoruk is able to move away from. Fedoruk then throws three overhand rights to the back of Simon's helmet followed by two more rights that connect. Simon throws three lefts towards a ducking Fedoruk and Fedoruk comes back with a left cross. They exchange a couple of more lefts until Simon gets Fedoruk bent over and throws two uppercuts followed by a left that connects. They then spin around and Fedoruk pulls Simon closer to him before wrestling him to the ice. The linesmen quickly come in and break things up shortly after. Fedoruk skates back to the dressing room with a cut around his right eye. | ||||

Reid misses with an overhand right. Reid throws a body shot and then misses with a right cross, allowing Asham to land two rights that knock Reid's helmet off. Reid throws two overhand rights, but once they miss their target. Asham shakes off his elbow pad and then has his jersey ripped off by Reid. Asham then connects with two rights that put Reid down to a knee and follows that up with two more rights to the back and side of his head just before the linesmen move in to break things up and end the fight. | ||||
