Klotz did the shake & dance, while McNeill was busy landing blows to the side of the head. Neither goes down; Klotz never lands a punch but does demonstrate his strength in the shaking of McNeill. Obvious that Klotz hasn't fully recovered from the first fight a few minutes earlier.

Klotz cannot fight...end of story. He gets hit hard and takes shots to the head and face on a regular basis. He is tough and has guts, but at 6'6" it is a fact -he cannot fight and win.
