Whatever. What is cheap about bumping a guy anyway?

Nothing but a draw.

How is anyone going to give Ivanans the win?! He didn't throw a punch.. If you watch the end of the video Rechlicz threw 3 punches then Ivanans took him down and tried to elbow him... This isn't the UFC. There's a code.

Ivanans and Rechlicz didn't see much playing time after this either.. So the rematch never happened.

DRAW.

How can this be voted as anything other than a draw? Rechlicz threw but missed and Ivanans only threw anything when Rechlicz was turned around on his knees or fully down on the ice (with an elbow). Cheap by Ivanans and a poor scrap all round.

Good job by the linesmen to get in there early.
Looks almost like roughing to me with no punches landing.
If the wrecker doesn't like the way he ends up on the bottom and is about to get his but kicked by a big Latvian then he shouldn't make hits against him after the whistle.
Shame is these guys would be a good tilt but I think Ivanans would get him in a short fight anyway.

Draw. Ivanans wasn't expecting a fight and was off balance when Rechlicz dropped his gloves and grabbed his jersey. I don't know about all of this "cheap" talk. If anything was cheap is was Rechzlicz fighting before Ivanans knew he was in a fight. If this was a legit fight, Ivanans most likely would have easily handled Rechlicz.

As soon as Ivanans realized he was in a fight, Rechlicz was on the ice instantly. I believe Ivanans is the heavyweight champion of the NHL at this point.

Who hits someone when he's down? What are you afraid of?
