My favourite part however, was the linesmen just looking at McCarty dummy a turtling Lemieux in the head over and over and not stepping in. Guess they thought he deserved a beating too.

Vernon destroyed him, watch the video Roy was bleeding like a pig from the left hook Vernon nailed him with.

I don't know what was better, McCarty making Lemieux turtle or Vernon bloodying Roy. This was a dandy all the way through. Great old school hockey.

Blackhawk you have got to be ****tin me. the redwings are cheap ehh. they fight like once a year? **** lemiux he deserved everything he got and he was skating around the ice like idiot. He knew it was coming hes a ****ing clown. And you, you prolly play drop once a week and pretend to be a hockey player.

If you take out the couple of quick hits that Roy got before Vernon knew he was behind them then you have to say they each got about the same number of punches landed. Vernon gets the win for the excellent takedown and for the damage he did with that big left. Roy took a beating from a smaller guy he jumped from behind and I never get tired of watching Lemieux bleed.

Vernon really got the best of Roy, as evidenced by the bloodied mugg of Roy which required stiches. Vernon didn't need stiches which begs the question how could anyone in their right mind have voted that Roy won this fight? Were they watching the same fight we all were, or were they looking through Colorado Avalanche glasses the whole time. Vernon clearly won the fight!
