1pd 06:14 Philadelphia Flyers Dan Kordic
Behind the play they go, and right off the bat it's toe-to-toe! Witt has already had his helmet taken off and he takes off Kordic's with a right. They go right for right with each throwing 6-8 punches. Witt lands a right that causes Kordic's head to snap back a bit. Kordic's best shot was a straight right to Witt's mouth. They turn around and switch hands. Kordic throws three lefts with only one landing. Witt gets his going and lands 4-5 lefts of his own. Kordic counters with three lefts, one of them a solid shot. They grapple, do a slow turn and then they go at it again! Kordic lands five straight rights to Witt's two or three. Kordic then pushes Witt back into the boards and the linemen step in. Kordic is cut from the nose. Great fight. Other Penalties: Kordic received an instigator and misconduct.

Due to all the action, this is a difficult fight to call. The slow-mo at the end shows a lot of punches missing but both guys landed some quality shots. Dan Kordic had a lot of fights like this. They just don't fight like this anymore. They get into a lock out position and throw sweater punches now a days.

Perfect fight.
Witt did pretty well against tougher.
Toe to toe fight almost all the time.
A bit pause as they wrestled and goes again.
Witt landed bit more and often lands heavier.
Kordic comesback very well at the end.
Could a draw as well in my book, but i want to give slight edge/edge to Witt because of the start/middle.
He did well too at the end.

Nice way to answer the bell by Witt......absolutely a classic hockey fight by 2 willing and skilled combatants!
Edge to Witt.

WOW and a 10....Witt and announcers acting like he won but Brendan got walloped at the 23 second mark and clearly wants to bail turning this into a draw....can't give a win to a guy who's quitting

Probert did this all the time at the end of a bout
