Rivet beats up Ballard (twice) for Hortons' cheap shot.

Rivet is an asset to any team. The fight wasn't even close.

Rivet has always been one tough dude.

Rivet had overpowered Ballard with his size and strength, not with actual punches landed. If you pick out the smallest guy who will go when you ask you can look like quite the tough guy.

Funny stuff.

Horton blasts Afinogenov after the empty netter and Heart Attack Jeanerette describes Maxim as "very upset" and "he should be" except that Horton nails him and Maxim jumps up to celebrate. Only then does he see the other Sabres going after Horton and then he piles in.

The camera work is excellent, showing Afinogenov turtling like a coward against Radek Dvorak, of all players, instead of showing the real fight between ballard and Rivet. I just have to assume by Heart Attack's call that Rivet TKO'd him once but no zebras were available to stop it and then he knocks him down again with a phantom punch and skates away. Win Rivet, I guess.

Pretty funny shyt.

rivet wins... ballard din't seem like he really wanted to fight this one. it wasn't like rivet was trying to wrestle him to the ground, he was just holding ballard and trying to punch Ballard would not stay up!

If you want to hit someone late, you better be prepared for what may happen. Ballard got what he deserved.

Rivet used Ballard's head as a speed bag, Easy win for Rivet. Punk move by Horton. Look for a suspension.

Macarthur just stands there after afinogenov gets cheapshotted like a little bitch. Rivet comes in and then crushes Ballard. Ballard gets what he deserved an asskickin.

rivet with easy win.

btw, afinogenov didn't seem too upset with horton until there were already 3-4 people on him. he was too busy celebrating his en goal and realized the rest of his team was after horton.
