2nd Period - 8:10•2003-2004 Regular Season

They came out from behind the Kings' net and Avery had a one arm choke hold on Sillinger. Avery then threw him down to the ice. Sillinger turtled with his head down to the ice while Avery was standing over him waiting for him to stand up or turn around. When Sillinger didn't budge, Avery punched him 4-5 times in the back of the head. Everyone came together, but nothing came out of it. Other Penalties: Avery received a roughing, instigator, misconduct and game misconduct.
