Maley preys on a one-handed Byers.

Straight up...not close.

Ask, and you shall receive...Thanks Dave, and the team.

Never saw Byers lose that bad but I'll take Derek Sanderson's word for it as to the reason why.

Typical Bruin announcing Byers had two broken arms, two broken legsand was sick too, just except he got pounded!

if Byers has two 'busted' hands, then he shouldnt be spearing a guy in the crest (like Maley) before the faceoff,...no hate towards Byers, but he got what he deserved, especially in that era. Maley wails away on the 'injured' Bruin for a unanimous dec...#8 FTW.

p.s.: that comment; "Lyndons got a little predicament here"..lol. yeah, he sure did. the predicamnet of eating about 10-12 left hands in front of the home crowd. good hockey.

I'd wager this was the worst beat down of Lyndon's glorious career. Injuries are no excuse. Maley dummied him.
