Just like the second battle, Burnett's jersey game off. The end result was Parker and Moscevsky (the Sharks two native Californians), along with Burnett, being ejected. Other Penalties: Burnett received an instigator, misconduct and game misconduct; Cam Severson a roughing; Yuri Mocevsky a roughing and game misconduct; Parker a game misconduct.
