dude, begin is great. he is all heart. i would tell my GM to trade for him PRONTO. guy lays out a dumb ass with his head down, then manhandles jay smith when he comes in acting like a sheriff. please. huge props to begin, that's hockey baby.

For a big guy, Smith really should be a better fighter. The Flyers have a history of having big, nice guys... I'd rather they went after a few more small, mean guys like Downie.

"Here comes another guy with gloves already dropped" -- are you retarded? Begin dropped his gloves before Smith did. What's the point of watching/voting on the fights if you guys are just gonna vote against any Flyer you see?

Begin hurts a guy with a borderline hit, Jason Smith immediately jumps Begin. Jason Smith practically tackled Begin and gave him no chance to prepare. Begin still got some good punches in, but so did Smith. I call this one a draw. I also call the game a reckoning for a dirty Flyers team that has a false sense of toughness.

Begin is great. Draw? My ASS. Take downs (especially good ones) count. Great hit by Begin, too.

Jason Smith might be the softest dude in the league.
Clean hit, win for Begin.
Flyers suck

this is why hockey is such a great sport for those who like action. one guy rocks his opponent (how could this hit be called a penalty-his stick was at waist level and BOTH SKATES ARE STILL ON THE ICE??????) and a team mate of the guy who got his bell rung jumps to his defense (and the honor of the team). gotta love it....
