Rivet just pounded Chimera, weaker man down to the ice.
No more, manhandling.

Easy win by Rivet. Chimera had a nice game, adding a goal. I liked the close up on Chimera later in the game, the beginning of a nice shiner and damage to his nose.

Glad Rivet is on the Sharks blue line!

Rivet is having a good year.

Rivet easy. He's done well dropping the gloves this year. Seperately, to all the guys who don't think it's a big deal to throw punches while the linesmen are tying up your opponent (Voros vs. Barch), maybe you'd like two guys grabbing you while somebody pops you in the face. That's fair, right? As far as why isn't that okay now when guys did it in the past: just because Dave Schultz would do it whenever he got his butt kicked doesn't make it right. It was cheap 30 years ago, and it's still cheap today. If you're a real tough guy you get your punches in when the fight's on, not when the opponent can't even get his arms free. Case closed.

Look I luv the Chimer, but that was the best impression of a baby seal getting beat down that I've seen in a long long time.... I don't know who's worse at fighting Chimer or Klesla.

Domination Rivet, why isn't this a 100% vote I have no idea.

Diehard BlueJacket fan here.
To everyone who thinks the CBJ announcers are crap, I say...
You are all right. Bumbling idiots, the both of them.
Tough to watch a game on tv having to endure those two.
By the way, Chimera got owned and has a good shiner to show for it.
Domination, Rivet.
Go Jackets.

lol. announcers just get done saying no damage to jason and one second later they show a shot of blood running down his face.

rivet was blasting chimera. not even debatable who won this one. the ohio announcers are the biggest as*hole retards ever. worst announcers in the game.

"So...nothing, if any harm going to Jason. They'll head to the sin bin."

Wow. Talk about delusional homerism. Rivet switched hands on him and knocked him out with 3 clean left-handed shots. Chimera looked like he broke his nose and cut his eye. Credit to his toughness for scoring a goal later in the game, but Rivet really took it to him - wasn't even close.
