| Dec 19, 2001 | Washington Capitals | Stephen Peat |
| 3pd 12:12 | Florida Panthers | Peter Worrell |
| The two square off after the Simon goal. Peat drops 'em first as they dance and ready themselves. Worrell then "hands" Peat his stick, which allows him to safely drop his gloves. Worrell grabs at Peat's jersey first which allows Peat to get the first shot off. As they struggle a bit, Peat gets off 5 more, landing 3 (but nothing big). They both struggle to get an arm free to get the advantage. Worrell has his arm out of his jersey sleeve, but can't shake the elbow pad off. As Worrell gets his arm free, he gets off 4 shots, landing 2. Peat counters with 3 more, landing 1. They both struggle more to punch, but neither can land anything. As they come together, they both land shots to the back of the head. The two big men tire and embrace with a loving hug as the linesman seperate them. | ||
