Oct 19, 2006 Calgary Flames Darren McCarty
2pd 07:32 Boston Bruins Jeff Hoggan
Hoggan skates along the boards, hitting everyone in his path when he is challenged by McCarty. They square off at center ice with McCarty dropping his gloves and Hoggan waiting until the very last second to drop his before they grab ahold of each other. Hoggan puts his head into McCarty's chest and the two wrestle around until McCarty slams Hoggan down to the ice. The linesmen are right there to break things up.

Hoggan is skating along the boards and hits two Flames. McCarty doesn't like it and grabs a hold of Hoggan, but Hoggan is hesitant to drop the gloves. Hoggan drops them and they just tug at each others jersey and fall to the ice.

Terrible wrestling match without punches.
DRAW.

Not in the same weight class but Hoggan eventually went with Mccarty unlike some other guys who play a gritty game but wont step to the plate when someone calls them on it. For that reason a draw, if it went for any length of time, probably would have been a decisive Mccarty win.
