Date / Time Away / Home Team Away / Home Player
Oct 7, 2006 Detroit Red Wings Brad Norton
1pd 04:26 Pittsburgh Penguins Andre Roy
Behind the play, the two drop the gloves and square off for an extended period of time. They finally grab ahold of each other and Norton throws two quick rights to the side of Roy's helmet. The two grapple for a short moment and then exchange two hard rights. Roy starts pumping away with the right and Norton sneaks in two rights while Roy is throwing away. Norton then lands another right flush and Roy stops throwing. Roy then wrestles Norton to the ice and the linesmen are right there to send the two to the penalty boxes.

Norton hurt him with that big right and Roy decided to stop the fight.
Roy landed more punches, but that big shot by Norton ended things.

It looked like Norton would win the fight, but this was almost Roy's fight to win. I think this fight ended in a draw.
