The two come together along the boards and decide to drop the gloves. They quickly grab ahold of each other with O'Brien throwing a right to start things off. Norton responds with a right of his own, but the momentum of the punch sends both players falling to the ice. The linesmen skate over and send the two to their respective penalty boxes. Norton skates to the box holding his wrist in pain.

OBrien landed one weak shot.
