Good show by both warrior.
Downey early as he landed a few good ones.'
Roy replied with a good one, that still landed to the neck of Downey.
Downey fought smartly in the start.
Roy late as he gets top of him.
Downey missed with his own and started immediately losing his balance as Roy threw one.
A clear draw in my paper.

Roy by decision. The takedown is not a factor in a fight. It just means one person is ready to end it, which was Downey. Downey has a ton of heart but most of his decisions are losses.
