Comments: Avery gives Perry three cross-checks to the back before Perry turns around and they drop the gloves. Perry misses with an early right as Avery connects with four straight, quick rights. Avery lands three more rights to the side of Perry's helmet as the linesmen rush in to break up the fight. Perry tries to throw an overhand right and left over the linesmens as the two are separated. Other Penalties: Avery received a roughing and cross checking; Perry a slashing; Scott Niedermayer an unsportsmanlike conduct and misconduct.

A short and crappy fight because of Perry who doesn't want to fight.
A CLEAR win to Avery as he was only one who threw punches doing well.
