Love both of these guys. Tootoo woke his team up but it's McLeod who wins this scrap.

From what we could see This was a run of the mill scrap in today's NHL AKA boring Looks like McLeod did land a good one, however Tootoo was bleeding a bit through the schnoz Mcleod won the fight But, Tootoo was pivotal in the 'Hawks winning yet again Before this fight, the Preds had all the momentum They were out shooting the 'Hawks 10-1 After this fight, the 'Hawks outshot the Preds 10-2 Patrick Kane pointed to this fight as a turning point in the 1st when the 'Hawks took the lead Tootoo also drew a penalty this game which lead to a goal on the PP He also got his first goal of the year Hell of a game for one of the few remaining scrappers left in the NHL Get him on the ice more often, Q!

Fkn mcleod loves it man. Year after year this guy just shows up and bullies the opponent. Ya he looses some but gotta give this guy credit. Truely one of the last ones of a dying breed. Both of these guys actualy. Would of hoped tootoo would of put up more of a fight in this one but hey beggers cant be choosers. Win mcleod. That uppercut...

McLeod gets the win thanks to getting his arm out of his jersey. Not sure why the high rating as neither landed a whole lot. McLeod and a 4

That uppercut at the didn't land; Neither did much else.

Posted by flyerguy on March 05, 2017 at 07:19 AM

Couldn't really tell because the NHL has some of the worst production crews in sports.

Sorry folks I'm not buying what's being sold here......I watched this 5 times in SLOMO and that uppercut hits the shoulder, neither of these guys lands anything of significance ....that being said I would love to have both these guys on my team, especially Too Too. McLeod with a huge size and reach advantage does not use it to his advantage.....fighting against Too Too is like fighting someone in a phone booth, not fun and frankly a little scary... I scored this a 5 it could have been a lot better....and this fight was a draw

Draw. No punches landed. A game changer for Chicago. Tootoo should play more often. Games are boring without fights!

22 4 the win

McLeod landed a nice upper cut to seal the deal

At 34 years of age, 22 seems to be slowing down a bit, which is completely understandable. Edge to McLeod

McLeod is a veteran and knows Tootoo loves to get a jump on the opponent and deliver damage with the first couple punches. Win Cody and a 4.

Tootoo showing up for the Hawks. Wishing that he had more opportunities to bring more of it nightly. Slight edge Cody Mc.

tootoo was on defensive side of the fight as he didnt throw many.mcleod landed some shots from close but no real damage done...edge mcleod and 5

Hug fest, never got going.

McLeod is too much for Too Too.

Cody wins this in a landslide. I was at the game. The video replay here does not show the start of the fight which is where Cody landed a big bomb or two. Tootoo couldn't land anything up high and had to resort to punching the ribs which is unusual to see in an NHL fight these days. Refs breaking this up was mercy for Tootoo who I have much respect for as a fighter. His shorter height was the X factor here, otherwise Jordin may have stood a chance.

Not many punches thrown, few if any landed where they were being aimed. E for effort but 3 for quality. And a draw.

Posted by bruins34 on March 06, 2017 at 06:06 PM

Decent fight by two guys I like, but I don't see a winner here. McLeod COULD have landed a few once his arm got free....but he didn't. 5 and draw, lads.

I'm glad McLeod is a Predator. Fun to watch.

Tootoo went after McLeod because of a couple solid checks on Trevor Van Riemsdyk. One was a little late. But they dropped the gloves and really nothing but some short jabs and body shots. Tootoo got the last laugh with his 1st goal of the year. But the bout was nothing to write home about.
