The tie up move by a fighter is chichenshit. Even after doin that and throwing undefended punches, Nolan wasn't phased. . .and once free, he beat the hell out of him

2 nights, 2 seesaw battles, 4 linesmen who know their place. This could be a decent year. Maybe the league will look into how dangerous the visors are...right. Plus we can sit back and see 2 fans of fair weather teams go for the jugular here. Win/win.

Great fight...not pretty, but still a very good tilt between 2 heavies. I thought the bomb that Boll landed was equal to the punches Nolan landed. But because Nolan ate the bomb and then manhandled Boll I'll give him the win.

Like I said last time: Would love to see how Nolan would do one-on-one with any of them. 6 and a draw. Nice tilt.

Great battle sloppy as it was. Multiple momentum shifts. Was hoping Nolan would stand in there until he could switch hands and he did. Probably a 6 but giving it a 7 because I am so used to watching fights that can't even approach a 3. Two real battles in two nights after almost 2 months of barely anything of interest.

Boll always seems to want to go for Quality over Quantity which leads one to wind up taking a few to heave a bomb.... Sometimes I suppose it works but often does not and always causes you to take more than you give which is the opposite of the golden rule.... that it is better to give than receive. He gave a bomb which cut the kid in the visor but he took his share too....

It appeared they had agreed to go after the faceoff and Boll dropped his stick and gloves as soon as the puck was dropped. But the Kings won the face off and it looked like there was shot directed at the Duck net, Nolan first tried to make a play on the puck, then turned to Boll and dropped 'em. Boll was controlling and landed a couple early, but once Nolan changed his sweater grip from left to right hand and started throwing lefts, he stunned Boll and knocked him down.
