McQuaid wins the fight, but these announcers are out of their mind.

Posted by Don Gorgon on March 06, 2016 at 03:28 PM

jesus, my condolences to the Bruins fans that have to listen to these assholes every game.

Posted by Humper on March 05, 2016 at 11:01 PM

Each successive fight of Wilson further dispels his former status as a tough guy. McQuaid handles him easily, although maybe not to the extent that Jack said.

Posted by von_swine on March 06, 2016 at 02:44 AM

"AND TOM WILSON LIES ON THE ICE!!"... yeah, and then Godzilla tore the roof off the building and ripped him in half... Christ, Edwards..enough!... no one at the bar will sit next/talk to you after games, we get it, but dial it back bro... #54 FTW (not close)

Posted by elpadrino5 on March 05, 2016 at 11:44 PM

Decisive win for McQuaid. Bruins play by play guy loses his mind.

Posted by ironbar44 on March 05, 2016 at 08:21 PM

cant stand WILSON likes to hit from behind and picks his spots.he came out short here. if you were blind or listened on the radio. these morons calling the game. you would think WILSON took a horrible beating .knocked out cold/ but if you saw the fight .the only thunder was his mouth .

Posted by kranium62 on March 06, 2016 at 01:17 PM

Just not a Bruins fan at all, never liked McQuaid - but no denying it, he's a good fighter. Solid win over a Wilson (who's not a bad fighter either). Pretty much have to go back to late 2012-2013 season when Tanner Glass took him apart, but seriously McQuaid's win percentage is likely 90+.

Posted by Daysofcoleco on March 06, 2016 at 12:40 PM

Jock Edwards had a stroke 10 years ago and no one noticed.

Posted by English_Bruin on March 06, 2016 at 03:01 PM

Lets not doubt McQuaids credentials here, Wilson is tough and he almost got a worse beating that Conor MrGregor did last night

Posted by rocky 1 on March 06, 2016 at 01:57 AM

Clear win by McQuaid ! Where is Behn Wilson?Anyone heard from him?

Posted by NAILS13 on March 05, 2016 at 08:54 PM

Lone Wolf lets the air out of Tom Hanks' best friend with an uppercut that sent brunette waves crashing upon the sores of the frozen lonely island.

Posted by langwayisgod on March 09, 2016 at 02:59 PM

I'll certainly give McQuaid the nod, but I did not see a "thunderous right" from either.. except that one McQuaid threw that landed between the 4 and 3 of Wilson's jersey.

Posted by Petersfan7614 on February 27, 2017 at 12:07 AM

Wilson is actually brutal against any one bigger...or who can fight. He's a bit of a joke actually.

lone wolf

Posted by JoeCritter on March 05, 2016 at 08:17 PM

McQuaid is a *really* strong man. Wilson loses sometimes, but not like that,

Posted by mmadced on March 05, 2016 at 09:59 PM

Great uppercut. Easy win quader

Posted by King of Goons on March 08, 2016 at 10:58 AM

Love it when Wilson gets beat up and embarrassed (which is pretty often). After McQ hit him with that last uppercut, Wilson was cowering like a beaten dog. If I'm not mistaken, Wilson hasn't won a fight against a legitimate tough guy in his entire career. I guess that makes him a fake tough guy. McQuaid makes Wilson eats fists all day long, ...and Wilson can't do a thing about it.

Posted by southiesucks on March 05, 2016 at 10:58 PM

Wilson good destroyed and I enjoyed it every second of it. Scum bag!

Posted by bigmike53 on March 06, 2016 at 03:10 PM

McQuaid is a tough SOB no doubt about it. He takes apart Tom Wilson to get the clear win in this bout.

Posted by tpr1960 on March 06, 2016 at 08:23 AM

Note to Capitals, please stop playing Tom Wilson, can't score, and is getting pummelled this year, he bailed like catholic school girl............. I might even root for you guys because of your classy coach, but this wilson idiot ruins it. P.S. I watch the fights with the sound muted, can only imagine dick-s%cking edwards on this one.

Posted by Detroit_Caps on March 08, 2016 at 08:22 AM

well when engaging a better fighter you get in on them quick, hope they aren't ready, go for the tie up and loose there balance. . .then if your a DB you celebrate after landing nothing that hurt/. .... Wilson is getting rusty, of course having a rule written particularly for after every team cries that your too mean where you get two minutes for crossing the blue line doesn't help

Posted by canamrugby on March 07, 2016 at 09:27 AM

I was tempted to give Wilson the draw because of the homer Boston announcers but my mute button prevailed.

Posted by mr hockey on March 06, 2016 at 02:01 PM

McQuaid got one good one in on the uppercut ,gives him the win

Posted by unfunny on March 06, 2016 at 10:52 AM

This is a 3 of a fight. No head punches landed, wrestle to the ice, plus the Edwards clown show.

Posted by Mounty in NC on March 08, 2016 at 05:44 PM

McQuaid wins but not to the extent their announcer makes it seem. And the fight was against Wilson, who is in the same level as a fighter as Dorsett, which is to say not much of a fighter.

Posted by Hagstrom on July 03, 2016 at 04:38 AM

Wilson ducks and bails once he loses his shield. Win McQuaid

Posted by kari takko on March 07, 2016 at 06:49 PM

Jack Edwards ejaculates in his own face again and McQuaid with the stimulation win.

Posted by BruinsAllDaySon on March 06, 2016 at 12:05 PM

McQuaid went full Darth in this one, just wished he had more time. I used to think Wilson was pretty tough but he does a stop-drop-n-roll every time that lid comes off.

Posted by Jaxon on March 06, 2016 at 04:56 PM

Oh Tony Esposito - "narrow win McQuaid"? Really? Lol!! R U Mrs. Wilson??? And where's our favorite Habs fan - "Butter Bean Billy"? He often likes to chime in on Bruins' fights. Mwahahaha! Adam & 5.5

LoneWolf lights up The Kingpin

mcquaid easy over wilson not the muggy that was called by Edwards

Posted by mobennmoseguin on March 07, 2016 at 09:50 AM

Ughh...god Boston announcers can turn someone off from anything. Just horrible. As for the fight, obviously McQuaid with the win. I give the fight a 5

Posted by hipchecker20 on March 07, 2016 at 08:54 PM

Another good effort by one of the best in the league, McQuaid.

Posted by DARCY T on March 11, 2016 at 02:39 PM

solid fight between 2 big guys.wilson stopped after mcquaid landed that uppercut and fight was over in couple more seconds..possible tko

Posted by shane0mack on March 05, 2016 at 09:09 PM

I think this is the only fight I've ever watched where I enjoyed Jack Edwards' commentary. Maybe it's just because I hate Tom Wilson and loved seeing him eat knuckle sandwiches courtesy of McQuaid.

Posted by Jellyczar on March 06, 2016 at 10:03 AM

A quick, decisive win for McQuaid. I thought there would have been more fireworks, but nothing really developed. Edwards is second only to Jeanerett for homer calls.

Posted by moneybags on March 05, 2016 at 08:19 PM

Quaider destroyed Wilson not even close

Posted by flyerguy on March 06, 2016 at 09:12 AM

Next too the penguins announce team, Boston's is 1A for the worst in sport ! Wilson got owned

Posted by Dammit-Man on March 05, 2016 at 10:16 PM

Can of Whoop-Ass opened on Wilson, and he got it All over himself...

Posted by kimo_coyote on March 08, 2016 at 10:53 PM

McQuaid solid win. Reading comments on Edwards and his blabbering I am so glad I do not listen to audio. He is such a big mouth douche

Posted by Ecce72 on March 06, 2016 at 06:37 PM

McQuaid is a bad ass period...honest and fair player.

Posted by McGuffin on March 06, 2016 at 05:14 PM

McQuaid...oh...he picked up his toothbrush. McQuad...oh...he's brushing his teeth. Oh. Oh...McQuaid...a left...a right...a swirl...up and down. And...DOWN GOES TOOTHBRUSH. Oh, baby.

Posted by AxlRose91 on March 08, 2016 at 04:28 PM

Wilson is a bag of $hit. Atta boy, McQuaid

Posted by GoBlackNGold90 on March 07, 2016 at 09:28 PM

Wilson early got a shot in

Posted by B-Bear on March 08, 2016 at 12:48 AM

McQuaid hammered Wilson no contest

Posted by doobi1 on March 06, 2016 at 01:46 PM

LOL at the uppercut score. McQuaid all the way a WIN in this one. Not sure if anyone feels the same, but it makes me giggle to watch Wilson get pummeled and get pummeled he did. (giggle-giggle).

Posted by Jordybats99 on December 19, 2016 at 07:32 PM

Good fight. Win McQuaid.

Posted by Caps44 on March 23, 2016 at 09:57 PM

Wilson clearly outmatched by McQuaid. Wilson just needs more practice, but he won't get it this season. He's learning how to play real hockey. McQuaid is clearly an asset for the Bruins, shows a skill set on the ice even without fighting. As for the announcer, a clear loser. Someone take his microphone away!

Posted by bbruins358 on March 05, 2016 at 08:11 PM

Mcquaid with the angry win

Posted by Pteropus on March 06, 2016 at 09:32 AM

why do players agree to fight McQuaid? They must know that they are going to get the crap beat out of them.. Wilson did ok at beginning but got his ass handed to him at end. Not even close. "Down goes Wilson!"

Posted by cooldaddy on March 06, 2016 at 04:55 PM

McQuaid with a clear win. Don't see how Wilson got any votes. The announcers are a joke. Nice fight overall. Gave it a 7.

Posted by Orr Fourever on March 05, 2016 at 09:08 PM

Saturday nights alright for fighting,,,, Win Quaider....

Posted by pooleyacht on March 06, 2016 at 10:02 AM

Alright you schmucks, we get it, you hate Jack Edwards. Shouldn't detract from the fight though. Are you really that mush brained to complain about every single Bruins home fight? Give it a fucking rest. War McQuaid.

Posted by lehmanj23 on March 07, 2016 at 09:10 AM

Thunderous right?? where?? McQuaid wins the fight, Wilson landed several quick short jabs in the beginning, however McQuaid got the best of Wilson at the end.

Posted by mikebflorida on March 07, 2016 at 09:25 AM

As usual, Jack Off and Bruin fans make this out to be way more than what it was. Nice to see Wilson dealt with, gotta like McQuaid for stepping up and ripping that visored helmet off Mr. Cheap Shot. However, no "thunderous rights" were landed in the making of this film. Wilson wasn't "destroyed". Fairly lame fight that looked better than it was. Sigh.

Posted by Titzmgee on March 05, 2016 at 09:10 PM

Just like our beloved Jack Edwards said DOWN GOES WILSON!!! All Mcquaid. Bruins haters will say dduuhhh nothing landed...

Posted by Canner on March 05, 2016 at 09:57 PM

Tommy Two Tone takes a dandy uppercut and then bails. Bs living dangerously with only one heavy who will go, as not enough deterrence in lineup. Memories of Ulfie and CamBam when Milbury favoured guys like John Byce over LB or Knuckles....

Posted by blaster on March 05, 2016 at 08:44 PM

Wilson is a cheapshot artist who needs his ass handed to him so he will think twice about taking runs at people. He would have not survived had he played hockey in the 60's or 70's. McQuaid with the victory

Posted by iammac23 on March 05, 2016 at 08:24 PM

Funny how Wilson tries to bail after deciding to go with McQuaid. Good to see his ass handed to him after one of his many cheap shot attempts

Posted by kkdowning on March 07, 2016 at 07:30 AM

Mcquaid clearly won this fight, but not enough for Edwards to go nuts

Posted by Tony Esposito on March 06, 2016 at 01:26 AM

Another over reaction by Jack Azz Edwards. Can this guy retire already? Narrow win McQuaid.

Posted by EK65 on March 05, 2016 at 11:27 PM

Oh Jack! There's no doubt McQuaid won this fight nonetheless. Give it a 5.

Posted by bobowen34 on March 05, 2016 at 10:16 PM

Wilson has decided this year to try to hug. It is not working Another loss by Wilson.

Posted by lucic17 on March 05, 2016 at 10:20 PM

Wilson always plays to close to the edge and often over it. Thankfully some of the old remains in today's NHL and McQuaid steps in to let Wilson know someone notices. Not much landed, but I am guessing the hair flying upwards meant that uppercut landed. He bailed right after. Would respect him more if he stood in against real fighters and wasn't a spot picker (like Phaneuf, Bieska, Maroon).
