Old school hockey. I dont mind the celebration at the end. Love the chatting in the box. Hey bro did I get your nose? Nah, forehead.

Posted by rocky 1 on March 28, 2014 at 04:25 AM

Reading some of the comments here left me laughing!1 Bordy has not had the best year himself and Tommy is a top B class fighter. So Bordy should 9 out of ten times beat him.The guy who said Bordy is the Champ needs an update,Gazdic beat the crap out of him leaving Bordy with a concussion!Having said that Bordy is a tough guy who can beat most of the A Listers most nights.Kodos to Tommy who is always willing to go.

Big Pattty with the win

Posted by SouthPaw017 on March 28, 2014 at 04:23 AM

Tostito gets dipped in the Bordeleau of blood....

Posted by bigmike53 on March 28, 2014 at 12:31 AM

Sestito gets knocked around pretty good in this one. I have no problem with Bords getting the crowd pumped. He needed a win to get back on track and he got one! Props to Sestito for his 19th fighting major as he's always a willing combatant!

Posted by ahartnack on March 28, 2014 at 07:57 PM

' Boom, boom, booom and down Sestito '

Posted by kimo_coyote on March 27, 2014 at 11:42 PM

P B with win.

Posted by abadjoke88 on March 28, 2014 at 06:37 AM

Win Bordy, not even close.

Posted by AZfromNJ on March 28, 2014 at 08:34 PM

2 big boys putting on a good show. Paddy with the knockdown.

Posted by enzoskis on March 30, 2014 at 12:18 AM

Vancouver is the dirtiest team in the NHL, love seeing every time one of them gets their butt kicked. Their coach is a scumbag too, love seeing them lose any and every time.

Posted by endor on March 28, 2014 at 07:42 AM

Bordy comes back after a couple of marginal tilts. Dude put a beatin' on Tostito.

Posted by Mullet7 on March 28, 2014 at 12:29 AM

I really liked Bordy asking Tom if his nose was ok after they got in the box.

Posted by Nussybear on March 28, 2014 at 10:15 AM

Big P tore some ligaments in his hands in that fight he lost to gradzic or something. His hand has healed and I think we're seeing the PB of old

Posted by NickG on March 28, 2014 at 03:06 PM

Sestito was on a good run. Asked for too much this time. Bordeleau got on a roll in this one and didn't stop. Back to briefing Tom. More briefing? More briefing. W Patrick

Posted by das_mack on March 28, 2014 at 09:24 AM

Tommy Boy eats rights like he's at the chinese buffet. Love to see that.

Posted by Lupac on March 28, 2014 at 04:26 AM

Sestito with the loss here but dammit he didn't fall back like a bitch. He kept fighting and obviously you can't win them all. I bet you what though. Sestito is fighting all the fuckin time and you love every second of it. Bordeleau is tough and needed a victory after his last two bouts. Tommy will live to fight again and show his heart. PS, look up the video on YouTube "Bordeleau on fighting Tom sestito". Good interview KING OF GOONS- my penis is bigger then yours

Posted by DARCY T on March 30, 2014 at 04:45 PM

win bordeleau....one has to admire sestito's activity.he is leading in fighting majors and got all those heavy weights on his fight card this season.some of them more than once

Posted by von_swine on March 27, 2014 at 11:37 PM

I'll be captain obvious and point out that Bordeleau destroyed Tommy Sestito... and Tommy had been on a decent run of not getting pummeled too badly of late.. #58 with the 'Dominance & Persecution'... FTW.

Posted by Jellyczar on March 28, 2014 at 07:20 AM

All Bordeleau as he finally gets back into action and looks the part of a top ten fighter again

Posted by Jer4whlr on March 28, 2014 at 02:08 AM

All Bordy

Posted by BAAAAANNERMAAAN on March 28, 2014 at 09:22 AM

Just skate to the box......you look way tougher when you dont show emotion after a fight.......PROBERT.

Posted by slavv on March 28, 2014 at 02:14 PM

That's the Bordeleau that's been missing for a little while. Was looking healthy in this one-sided show....

Posted by dave-m on March 28, 2014 at 06:05 PM

Sestito caught on the ice after 2 icing calls, goes after Bordeleau and takes one so his team can get a rest. Sometimes losing is still winning, it's a team game.

Posted by nhlofficialsblo on March 27, 2014 at 11:23 PM

Bordeleau with the win but he should lose the expression of his sexual preference by waiving his arms like he did after the scrap. That's not in "The Code." LMAO.

Posted by boogs24 on March 28, 2014 at 04:06 PM

Pb needs to fight a Lot more to gain my respect, just doesnt fight enough to be called heavy weight champ, remember boogeys first year, r.i.p Big boy

Posted by whaleoil on March 27, 2014 at 11:19 PM

Wow, it's as if they were throwing punches in slow motion. Hand/arm gesture at the end looked a bit foolish for Bordeleau.

Posted by EK65 on March 28, 2014 at 01:34 PM

Well you cant say big tom aint got guts... win pb

Posted by Sasky001 on March 31, 2014 at 11:04 AM

Setito steps up a weight class with a predictable result.

Posted by TERMINATOR on March 28, 2014 at 01:57 AM

Knock down easy win for Bordeleau against the GameStop guy in the business....Sestito and Mckormick will fight anyone anytime. Not always successful but the GameStop in the business.

Posted by J.R. Abel on March 28, 2014 at 08:44 PM

Bordeleau dominated after Sestito's grip was on the wrong part of the sweater. Good showing by Sestito but overpowered by the better fighter. Post fight celebration is obnoxious. Save it for when you score a goal. Or win the Tour De France. Whichever comes 1st.

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on March 28, 2014 at 03:54 AM

Big Pat, where the hell have you been?

Posted by kkdowning on March 30, 2014 at 07:28 PM

All Bordeleau here. Sestito's short streak of good showings just ended.

Posted by BillyFromPhilly on April 07, 2014 at 04:10 PM

I just love watch Sestito get his head pounded in. Bordeleau and it was not even close.

Posted by adam16 on March 27, 2014 at 11:11 PM

Thought this one would be a bit closer. Clear win Bordeleau, but I wish he wouldn't do the hand waving. Stay classy Pat.

Posted by jimmat on March 29, 2014 at 10:39 AM

Bordy with the KD win over the always game and improving Sestito.

Posted by Biggus on March 30, 2014 at 10:02 AM

Both throwing, but only Bordeleau landing. Props to Sestito for at least trying.

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on April 16, 2014 at 10:54 PM

Although Sesito has had some dandies lately, this was not one of them. Bordeleau shows what a monster he really is. Great fight.

Posted by shawnrocks on March 28, 2014 at 01:34 AM

bordeleau just smashed him

Posted by 33Oliwa on March 28, 2014 at 01:58 AM

although Bordeleau dominated this one, I'm slowly starting to appreciate what Sestito consistently does for Vancouver on a regular basis.

Posted by King of Goons on March 27, 2014 at 11:06 PM

Just when I was starting to show Sestito some love ...he gets turned into a speedbag by Bordeleau. Oh well, I'll just have to blame his "misfortune" on Lupac. Karma is a funny thing sometimes. All kidding aside, no shame for Sestito here. Bordeleau is a beast.

Posted by MBsez on March 28, 2014 at 08:24 PM

Bordy is Back ! Time to line up Ryan Reaves for a pounding in St Louis on April 5th !! That is if Reaves doesn't make like Lucic ..... and run away.

Posted by beathespread on March 28, 2014 at 10:09 AM

Win Bordeleau

Posted by samsam74 on March 28, 2014 at 02:20 AM

bordeleau wins.

Posted by IwillBruinyou on March 30, 2014 at 09:23 PM

Just another reason Vancouver sucks.

Posted by BennyD on March 28, 2014 at 02:42 PM

PB back on track with the W against an over-matched Sestito.

Posted by Spinner55 on March 28, 2014 at 09:58 AM

Bordeleau pitches; Sestito catches.

Posted by nickyfotiu on March 28, 2014 at 11:40 AM

KO!

Posted by Opie Taylor on March 28, 2014 at 03:21 PM

"Sometime just answering the bell is a victory in itself"...this would certainly apply in Sestito's case here. Sestito seems game to take on the other tough guys, but his balance seems weak and he doesn't have a geat reach for a tall guy. All that being said, his overall game this year hasn't been too bad.

Posted by devilsadvocate on March 28, 2014 at 01:32 AM

Wow, TKO. Sestito is not a defensive fighter, and because he's bigger than most players, he been getting away with it. But Bordeleau is just as big, and a better puncher, and overall just a better fighter. Actually I'm surprised McGrattan hadn't put Tommy to sleep in one of their bouts.

Posted by ChrisSimon12 on March 28, 2014 at 08:42 AM

Eye of the Tiger is back

Posted by flashdurb on March 28, 2014 at 07:27 PM

Props to Sestito for having the balls to chirp a big guy like Bordy. But he should probably pick his battles a little wiser next time.

Posted by Bostonfinity on March 28, 2014 at 07:53 PM

Nice work Bordeleau. Screw sestito. Screw vancouver.

Posted by Bosoxshute on March 27, 2014 at 10:47 PM

Beat down by Bordy. Hope we get round 2 soon.

Posted by adulane62 on March 28, 2014 at 12:59 AM

Berdie is back! The effects of him tearing his wrist ligament is over I guess. In any case, Berdie by a knockout and an Avs win to boot. I couldn't have asked for more! Yaaaay!

Posted by the kid 61 on March 28, 2014 at 10:12 AM

A nice win for the french fry. I was starting to think he was working his way back the QMJHL, after his last few fights. Sestito just didn't have it tonight.

Posted by Krusufix on March 29, 2014 at 06:15 AM

Decent scrap, sesitio got smashed.

Posted by meatface on March 31, 2014 at 11:14 AM

Its really good to see Bordeleau with his hand healed, he can really pummel the crap out of people.

Posted by rocky7482 on March 29, 2014 at 11:53 AM

I am tired of the bogus celebrations. McGrattan owned Bordeleau earlier this year, and didn't resort to the bush league 'arms in the air for the home crowd' crap. Just for that, I see this fight as a DRAW.

Posted by bigdog2007 on March 28, 2014 at 07:52 AM

Love it. I actually have more respect for Orr than SesTITo. Orr was a great fighter. Tommy is a clown

Posted by SabresFanatic on March 28, 2014 at 11:58 PM

Another bad showing by the worst HW in the league.

Posted by illukka on March 28, 2014 at 05:40 AM

sestito bit on more than he could handle. next time dont trade openly with this guy. win bordy in a wild swingfest

Posted by legend22 on March 28, 2014 at 08:30 AM

Sestito gets pummeled again.

Posted by Snoka on March 28, 2014 at 12:20 PM

That was a beatdown. Must be some Canuck homos voting, how could Tostito get any votes in that otherwise....

Posted by claire alexande on March 31, 2014 at 05:04 PM

The world returns to its normal rotational axis and Tostitos gets the shit beat out of him as usual. I'll agree that he's willing to take a beating for the team...kinda like France.

Posted by bobowen34 on March 29, 2014 at 12:36 PM

You would think for as much as Sestito fights, he would win a few more. Nope . Easy win for Bordeleau

Posted by Massive Coiler on March 27, 2014 at 10:43 PM

Poor showing here by Sestito, which isn't too surprising considering who his opponent was. Bordeleau controlled that fight from start to finish.

Posted by Ratank on March 28, 2014 at 06:00 AM

Sestito with the L

Posted by barks1513 on March 27, 2014 at 11:48 PM

Not a fan of the hand throw at the end by anyone. That said, PB is the top heavy in the league, though he's had a slow season this year. Good to see him dominate a true heavy who has been on a roll lately.

Posted by mikebflorida on March 28, 2014 at 09:27 AM

Whoopty doo Bordy, you won a fight you're supposed to win. Stop being a hot dog.

Posted by sedinfan on March 28, 2014 at 12:22 AM

Bordeleau hasn't done much this year, but he looked like the heavyweight we thought he would be last year. He tuned Sestito in big time. I don't know who voted for Sestito, it wasn't me, i can tell you that despite being a Canuck fan. I am surprised Sestito was still standing after that.

Posted by Hockeyguy25 on March 27, 2014 at 10:38 PM

Sestito improving this year but not so much tonight against "A" lister and someday heavyweight champ

Posted by Clowes ABeast29 on March 27, 2014 at 11:13 PM

That should get bourd some confidence back with a nice right Looked like a KD win

Posted by Humper on March 28, 2014 at 09:01 AM

Bordeleau popped Tommy Boy a couple of times for the win And this comes just asSestito looked like he was on a roll.

Posted by The Mad House on March 28, 2014 at 12:05 AM

Bordeleau's last two showings before this were poor Lets hope he's back to his old self He really tuned Sestito here

Posted by chad420 on March 28, 2014 at 10:38 AM

Its PeanutButter Jelly time

Posted by Great Murray on March 28, 2014 at 08:14 AM

Neither landed anything solid but a good bout anyway. Give it to Bordeleau...his misses were closer!
