HOLY JEEBUS!!! Braun was skating around trying to start something and Polak just gave him a lesson on how to finish it. I love that Braun tries to dive for the ice and Polak literally picks him up to punch him three or four more times. The only vote for Braun was himself...his mom had to make it a draw.

Tony Twist was on the Blues radio broadcast and said that "Braun came in a distant third in that one". Couldn't say it better.

As Panger would say "Holy Jumpin". Don't poke the Polak!! Total destruction of Braun in this one.

Justin Braun finds out why Roman Polak wins the fitness contest amongst the Blues players every pre-season. Polak destroyed him in this fight.

Ken Hitchcock had a great quote after the game regarding this: “Boys will be boys. You found out, don’t open the Roman Polak door. Don’t ever open that door."

The Sharks had been acting like thugs for a lot of the game. I'm not surprised that this game ended with a brawl. Earlier in the game, McDonald took a hit up high, that broke his helmet. Also Dan Boyle hit Alex Steen and then dropped the gloves and basically attacked him. I wouldn't be surprised if Ryan Reaves dresses Monday.

I've never seen Polak throw like that! Every punch he was swinging for the fence, that was good stuff. Braun was looking for it... and boy did he get it.

I love how at the end both linesman have to jump on Polak to control him while completely ignoring Braun, and he just slowly gets up and skates away with a "WTF did I just get in a fight with" look on his face.

Guess that's what he gets for sucker punching Langenbrunner.

Polak by destruction.

Polak was a slow starter in this one, but the clear winner. Landed the most, and landed the most solid punches.

Braun was mixing it up all over that scrum and finally nailed. Not close.
