Total props for Polak standing in there,
and throwing them like that,
but Clifford is just too good,
and seems to be well on his way
to becoming everything
Rypien could have been,
had he been able to realize his potential
before going all...
''koo koo for coco-pops''.

I usually leave the announcing alone,
but the phrase...
''an experienced 19 year old fighter''
seems a little on the ''oxymoronic'' side,

Fists were flying toe to toe but Clifford's right knocked down Polak. No, Mr. Kelly, he didn't fall down.

Hard to say for sure, but I think Clifford might have tagged him with that last punch the way Polak went down. Going to give Clifford the slight edge for the last maybe punch, but a good spirited tilt for sure.

Nice energetic toe-to-toe at the start...
Not the most solid of connections but Clifford gets just enough of Polak to score a knock-down.

Making me feel really old when a 19 yr. old is considered 'experienced '...

That was a really sweet tilt.....For the fences they were goin!!!!!!
I think he caught him with that right and this kid wasn't on MY radar.....he is NOW

I think ........"Instinctually" GOOD fighter might be more fitting

a replay would have been nice. didn't even see the beginning. regardless, the big red dog is an absolute animal. i can't believe polak did so well against him. i am unconvinced about the last right until i see it differently. going with a draw and a 7.
