Sestito landed at least 5 or 6 good shots before getting dinged on the temple. Draw.

Edge to Sestito. REDITED POSSIBLE TKO

Posted by Fan2525 on February 16, 2012 at 09:39 PM

Clearly Sestito got hurt in mid section as he grabed ab area on ice if you look close...good punch but not why Sestito went down.

Posted by tpr1960 on February 17, 2012 at 10:07 PM

Kassian only landed 1 punch, come on girls watch the fight. Don't listen to the chicken s### broadcasters. Sestito hurt his arm throwing a punch dummies. Oh yeah Flyers won 7-2!

Posted by kohara08 on March 07, 2012 at 12:45 AM

Sestito hurt his leg and beat kassians head in and some how lost the fight?? Get real people

Posted by Flyers20Fan on February 17, 2012 at 02:28 AM

Kassian with the win but sestito landed some real good punches early and showed that he at least has some fighting ability and is not just 6'5 also SESTITO LEFT THE GAME w/ a LOWER BODY INJURY and not from being dazed from the fight

Kassinator

Posted by The DZA on February 17, 2012 at 07:29 AM

I wonder if Kassian masterbates with his left hand?

Posted by Behn Wilson on February 16, 2012 at 11:49 PM

Sestito starts well, but, ultimately, has no answer for Kassian's ''left-handedness''.

Posted by Gunslinger on February 16, 2012 at 09:04 PM

Tom Sestito.....the poor mans Riley Cote. Loves his job, just is'nt very good at it.

Posted by Sasky001 on February 17, 2012 at 04:39 PM

Stortini...I mean...Setito gets rolled again.

Posted by timm0 on February 16, 2012 at 09:16 PM

Watched it ten times. Kassian takes a bunch of punches and then drops Sestito. The resulting fall drives Sestito's face into the ice. Out of the game. Probably a concussion. Flyer enforcer job open - again.

Posted by mudman55 on February 17, 2012 at 07:56 AM

Nathan Horton is smiling right now.

Posted by fenians79 on February 17, 2012 at 04:17 AM

2 big shots by Zack at the end get him the win as Sestitio wobbles to the dressing room.

Posted by DARCY T on February 21, 2012 at 07:47 AM

sestito started well landed well.he landed 3-4 right before kassian threw a shot but then his second left put sestito down...tko win kassian and 6

Posted by mrunohoo on February 16, 2012 at 11:32 PM

Edge to Sestito? Are you serious? His ego is is the ICU!

Posted by billy jack on February 16, 2012 at 09:19 PM

zack with the w,hope sesito is ok,the guy is a gamer,3 scraps in 1 game.that is draining.

Posted by GO16 on February 18, 2012 at 09:26 PM

Good fight ~~ Props to Kassian for taking on bigger guy and taking him down !! Funny the 2 clowns behind the box motioning to Kassian - amazing what idiots do when glass is between you and the players !!

Posted by bhamill on February 16, 2012 at 11:38 PM

Sestito loves to go after guys who aren't really fighters and certainly not enforcers, and usually smaller, no respect for him. He started strong and then got his butt handed to him. Good for you Kassian.

Posted by staceyb on February 17, 2012 at 04:45 PM

One big punch and the W goes to Kassian. P.S. Sestito suffered a torn groin muscle, which might explain why he went down. He's out 6-8 weeks for surgery. But man, Buffalo needs to take Kassian with them on the next trip to Boston.

Posted by hal29 on February 17, 2012 at 01:13 PM

The more I look at it, it doesn't appear to be the punch that sends sestito down. It seems when kassian throws that punch it sends sestito off balance ane falls in a weird position. I think sestito had the fight. I guess you can give it to kassian but his lefts were weak with little power behind it. No tko here folks just tom tom going off balance and hurting himself. I don't think it is enough to warrant a win to kassian as he did little and sestito fell and hurt himself.....but what ever, don't want to hear the bittching from the guys who feel that a takedown or the guy landing on top wins.

Posted by sedinfan on February 16, 2012 at 09:14 PM

Sestito landed some good ones early, but Kassian ends up dropping him and Sestito doesn't return. Sestito was either checking for blood or his cheekbone when he left the ice. Sestito would have been leading in points but loses the fight.

Posted by FolignoFever on April 05, 2012 at 04:10 PM

Kassian is such a tough guy and a great skater, wish he was still wearing blue and gold!

Posted by wallysy1 on February 17, 2012 at 09:10 AM

The tough guy sestito---after 2 flyers already there-- gets his ass kicked. Guessing we wont see him for a few games.

Posted by cardiffgiant on February 17, 2012 at 07:24 AM

It looked like Sestito was going to take this one. Kassian weathered a storm until he could get that left free and unload a couple. One left throws Sestito off balance and it looks like he landed awkwardly.

Posted by BooSanta on February 17, 2012 at 09:13 PM

Not sure how Tostitos ripped his junk. Only know he got clunked. I'm guessing when his head slammed into the ice after 2 brutal Zmacks, he probably also has a concussion. What's weird about this, is the Flyers went on a scoring tare after this seemingly demoralizing defeat.

Posted by pinney29 on February 16, 2012 at 10:28 PM

KO, Once Zack switched hands and got going it was over. Surprised me, it looked like Sestito was going to take this one with ease. Zack Kassian needs to drop his gloves more and perhaps he will stay in the line up. Buffalo could use some additional toughness to back McCormick up.

Posted by bruins rule on February 17, 2012 at 11:02 AM

kassian gets the win with a big left hand.

Posted by jtl6713 on February 17, 2012 at 12:03 AM

The shot didn't seem to be that hard but Seseito definitely was looped before he hit he ice and not just off balance. I think he got it in the temple as his left leg went limp right after the punch.

Posted by kimo_coyote on February 16, 2012 at 09:02 PM

Kassian with win. Sesistito was controlling until one punch.

Posted by mmadced on February 17, 2012 at 07:29 PM

boom boom out go the lights boy are there some morons on this sight-- sestito lands 2-mediocre shots and then gets wasted. how is that a draw or win for Sestito. MORONS everywhere

Posted by GreatMurray on February 17, 2012 at 10:54 PM

Kassian reminded me of 'The Hit Man' Tommy Hearns. He was losing pretty convincingly them BAM a 1 punch TKO win for Zack. Good fight. I like both of these guys. Unlike the enforcers on another team we are all on to..these boys don't run around looking for the smallest guys on the ice or the euro weenies. They both will fight anyone that wants to go. The BS about Horton is just that. Horton cross checked a guy right BEFORE Sestito hit him. Just because Horton is lame in the head does not protect him from taking a hit. He got what he had coming. He just can't handle it. Horton and Crosby both need to remember if you want to stick your nose in the rough game you are fair game.

Posted by moramike on February 17, 2012 at 10:04 PM

And down goes Frazier ... Sestito did not look good heading back to the locker room. He may have to take a night or two off. KO Kassian.

Posted by GoWings09 on February 18, 2012 at 10:46 PM

Sestito gets the lid off of Kassian but can't land with the jabs. Kassian finds the button and puts Sestito down, clear win Kassian and a good bout for both. I'm by far not a Flyers fan but I don't like seeing a guy get injured, I hope Sestito's leg is OK.

Posted by lonce on February 22, 2012 at 03:01 PM

I watched this fight in slo-mo, had it taped and Kassian actually hit Sestito with two solid lefts. The first one was a bullseye, the second caught him as well and down went Sestito. Kassian is obviously a southpaw. Sestito missed hitting the sweet spot on all of his punches, hitting Kassians helmet twice and missing when Kassian was helmutless. Throwing wild punches and being on top on the ice seems to be what people here look at, but it's the quality that matters. Big win for Kassian. I wonder if he's related to Matt Kassian of Minnesota?

Posted by rocket on February 17, 2012 at 10:21 AM

One-punch chump!

Posted by Jellyczar on February 16, 2012 at 09:42 PM

Kassian the TKO... finally a sabre without a visor ..... Kassian took 7 or 8 shots before unloading the big left

Posted by scorp1on on February 17, 2012 at 08:08 AM

Though possible, as he certainly was losing his legs, it's hard to definitively call it a TKO from that angle. One thing is for sure.... Sestito hit the ice and hit it hard. He may have yanked something in the lower body when Kassian switched to his left. He seemed all out of alignment suddenly and it was all down hill from there. He checked for blood on the left side on the way to the box but I think he started feeling whatever the real problem was when the adrenaline drained off. Kassian with the win after a decent left and a knockdown. Scratch that... after watching just his legs a couple times, he was TKO'd. The damage that sent him to the lockers came the fall, though.

Posted by glovedropper08 on February 16, 2012 at 10:31 PM

What a shot landed by Big ZK. TKO. Good thing Buffalo has someone willing to standup for themselves without McCormick in the lineup. Win Kassian.

Posted by jnk07899 on February 16, 2012 at 09:14 PM

For all those who did not see the game, Kassian knocked Sestito out for the rest of the game. That clarifies a win. Kassian with the win TKO. I hope Sestito is okay, I respect anyone who fights 3x in one game (Rangers game). Kassian wins easily. Really hope Sestito is okay though.

Posted by DanHalen on February 16, 2012 at 09:18 PM

Kassian TKO

Posted by Billdangle on February 17, 2012 at 09:40 AM

Overall good fight to watch, both guys were throwing freely with little to no defense. Good win for Kass and tough break for Sestito, but hey, that's karma. My guess on the injury is that he twisted a knee on the left hand switch.

Posted by Reggie Fleming on February 16, 2012 at 11:59 PM

Two big blows...a left fist to the face...then Mr. Ice to the face....Mr. Ice hurts!

Posted by Bakes923 on February 17, 2012 at 12:31 AM

Sestita landed a couple earlier, but Zack Attack landed the big one,and looked like he rocked Sestita's world!!Sestita is just another non talent thug in Philly, but of course Philly attracts those type since way back to the Broad Street Bullies!!

Posted by titletownBoston on February 17, 2012 at 02:40 PM

Looked like sestito was going to tool then all of a sudden... BAM! Great fight. WIN kassian for obvious reasons.

Posted by Badhorsey0 on February 24, 2012 at 11:25 PM

Sesito was winning by Kassian dropped him with a great right hook and that was all she wrote.

Posted by tomthescrew on February 16, 2012 at 09:55 PM

As soon as Kassian settled in he he landed two huge blows! Big win for Kassian.

Posted by Vitaloath1 on February 22, 2012 at 02:39 AM

KO. How did anyone not vote for Kassian???

Posted by boxerlavean5 on February 16, 2012 at 09:53 PM

Sestito was doing pretty well until Kassian just dropped him.

Posted by peteybrown on February 17, 2012 at 07:29 PM

Seems Sestito's groin pop caused him to go down. It's an injury he's been dealing with all season. He's out for the season now. In light of this, the fight is a draw.

Posted by travist on February 16, 2012 at 10:51 PM

i watched it 11 times and sestito got dropped.

Posted by Johnstone58 on February 16, 2012 at 10:52 PM

Good night Sestito. The Flyers brought him up for muscle? The guy is a heavy bag on skates.

Posted by SouthPaw017 on February 17, 2012 at 02:10 AM

Kassian goes South Paw and lays out Sestito (the Flyer gift that just keeps on giving)!!!!!

Posted by chad420 on February 17, 2012 at 11:48 AM

Down goes Tommy Boy...win Zack Morris...Tom was not Saved By the Bell

Posted by T-Wild76 on February 16, 2012 at 11:43 PM

Sestito was throwing quick but wild early, then Kassian tagged him with 2 good ones. I think Sestito's knee fell hard on the ice and he was checking his face for blood.

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on February 17, 2012 at 01:58 AM

Sestito doing well, the Zack hit him with the bomb, hope we see these two up a whole season next year.

Posted by Snoka on February 16, 2012 at 09:10 PM

That was a TKO for Kassian. Put down the crack pipe FightsOfHockey!

Posted by kkdowning on February 17, 2012 at 12:17 AM

Sestito was wining this one until he got dropped

Posted by mike hartman on February 23, 2012 at 01:44 PM

Sestitio comes out swinging hard. Then goes down hard. Nice win for Kassian, but a big win where it counts for the Flyers. This Kassian has the potential to be a solid fighter and goal scorer...a poor mans lucic?
