Oh well, Jared...it was a good run,
and we'll always have ''Beleskey''..

Sheriff Jamal skates in to the rescue and wins. Boll may have injured his wrist on the heavy check that smacked of boarding.

John Scott wasn't dressed for the game--I doubt Boll would have been running loose like that with Scotty on the ice.

Crappy fight, but Boll looks like he did some damage to his wrist.

Mayers takes the win. Boll playing hard -- clean check. Boll goes 1 for 2 in the fights and gets his team 2 power plays. Good game for Boll

Good job by Mayers to neutralize the one man wrecking crew...
Pretty sure the manufacturer warranty on Boll's hand expired 30 days ago.

I think Boll hurt himself on the hit. He offered no resistance during the fight, so it's pretty evident he was hurt.
Clean hit? Probably. But does it qualify as "taking a run"? Yes it does. I'm just happy that a fight that Mayers was involved in wasn't completely boring for a change.

Since the Hawks have been competitive again over the past few years, the league has taken a physical approach against them. When Carcillo, Scott et al are in the line up they seem to do better. When Kane takes a big hit, he has 4-5 game stretches where he doesn't play as well. The hawks have to do this kind of stuff to win.Even if they get the instigator or sometimes a suspension. If they can swing it, they may want to ad physical guys that can play a little. Easier said than done.

This Mayers dislikes a perfectly good hit by Boll, only this time Boll loses the fight just hope his wrist is alright, don't want to see him sit any more time out.

Looks like Boll might have hurt his left hand.

He should be able to still masterbate though.

Boll probably hurt his wrist on the hit and was at a disadvantage giving Mayers the win.

Win Mayers, obviously... People out in HF.com land, STOP BLOWIN JOHN SCOTT... for the love of God, dude barely ever fights, and can't play... and No, Jared Boll, Mike Rupp, Shawn Thorton, Cam Janssen, et al are not gonna shake in their skates and meekly waltz around because "Big John Scott" is sitting on the bench... so clean yourselves up and break away from your pathetic fantasies people, PLEEEEEZ

This was a quick beatdown on Boll, who isn't anywhere near the fighter he thinks he is....
