Funny that Montreal will only fight when they are the bigger man, and more often than not they wont even fight then. Fight someone your own size like Thornton, you pansy. Marchand 5'8", Subban 6' Thornton 6'1"... 4" makes a HUGE difference. Hell, even Chris Kelly has dropped the gloves recently and at 6' even (like Subban) it would have been a much more even match. For all the skill that Subban has, I've lost all respect for him. Neither one was very good in this fight but Subban was absolutely terrible, completely missing and falling down on his first punch then missing wildly on pretty much every punch. Marchand gives up about 25 pounds and 3 inches in height to Subban. That being said, Subban looked like a drunk , from the wild punches taking himself down to the ice to the repetitive attempt to either get a headlock or get Marchand's pads over his head. Marchand made his mistakes however, as he did not capitalize on Subban taking himself to the ice. But, given the size difference and the fact that Subban looked more interested in making it a wrestling match rather than a hockey fight, I give Marchand the win. Maybe this fight explains why Subban runs away from Thornton though I'd give him a pass for running from Lucic, and McQuaid based upon their size advantage.
