A lot of swift punches from both but nothing to talk about. Called it a draw. On a side note, Wade Belak stepped in to commentate in lieu of Terry Crisp the other night. What a nightmare that was. Hard to listen to a guy that's been playing professional hockey for as long as he has, yet he showed how biased he was and how little knowledge he has of the rules...

good to see tootoo back from program.boll didnt utilize his reach advantage and i call it draw.boll landed 3-4 solid punches early. but he just hanged on after that.tootoo responded with couple of his own and added numerous bodyshots..gave it 5

Posted by decostamail on February 23, 2011 at 01:13 PM

Boll tied him up well. But 22 was as active as could be considering the reach issue

Posted by Don Berry on February 23, 2011 at 11:24 AM

Looks like a draw to me!

Posted by QUIGGS22 on February 23, 2011 at 11:02 AM

Draw,,good job by both .

Posted by Sasky001 on February 23, 2011 at 08:44 PM

Boll chooses to fight a technical fight against a much, much smaller man? Embarrassing. Time to hang em up you plug.

Posted by probie83 on February 24, 2011 at 06:58 AM

Gotta go draw Boll scored early then tootto wastrying to get it going but Boll was using the old jersey reach. Draw beacause Tootoo will probably leave Boll with some nasty welts in the abdomen tomorrow.

WELCOME BACK TOOTS! I'm not sure how so many idiots vote for Boll in this one. The fight itself I have to call a draw. If you consider Toots is a good bit shorter than Boll and more than a bit rusty (which are irrelevant moral victory measures but I'll entertain it nonetheless), I would give a clear and distinct victory to Toots.

Too close to call on this one. Draw

Posted by Bruins29 on February 23, 2011 at 09:27 AM

Awful voting on this scrap...people just giving it to Boll on reputation. Tootoo gives up a ton of size but still battles Boll to a draw.

Posted by echid on February 23, 2011 at 09:52 AM

Even though Boll has a huge size advantage, 22 held his own. I'd call that a draw. Very good bout though.

Posted by omorales on February 23, 2011 at 04:35 PM

i didn't see a Boll win, great scrap - draw

Posted by Willy WILL on February 27, 2011 at 08:01 AM

Good on the little guy! He has some guts there is no question about that. I wanna give him the win but I can't ... its hard to see the beginning of the fight due to the camera so can't really judge that part. From what I saw draw.

Posted by LA KING FANATIC on February 23, 2011 at 07:37 PM

That was a great fight TooToo in close, Boll outside due to reach No difference here...Draw

Posted by TommyGun29 on February 23, 2011 at 09:32 AM

Looks like there's some genuine dislike for one another. I scored it a draw. Tootoo started quick and Boll got in control but I think the little pr*ck landed more shots. A nice left to get it going and a few rights to follow. Boll can take a punch and pulled even with a few quality bombs.

Posted by pepsigenerate on February 23, 2011 at 10:40 AM

tootoo with the win,for standing up to boll and knocking his helmet off,

Posted by GreatMurray on February 24, 2011 at 06:43 AM

Looked like TooToo landed more to me...He wins this one.

Posted by rocky 1 on February 24, 2011 at 01:30 PM

Tootoo busier in this tilt and i give him the edge.Sure is a tough little s.o. b. He ain,t tall call but he can throw them! This site is starting to make me feel like not visiting cause the homers vote with there team colors and not with what really happened!Boll won this fight as much as I was born female.Losers get some balls and vote the way it happens!

Posted by kimo_coyote on February 23, 2011 at 01:32 PM

Boll takes Tootoo in a close one, He is one tough SOB. Don't like him but he can take care of himself, regardless of opponet size, Boll with slight edge.

Posted by mctuttle on February 23, 2011 at 10:21 AM

Besides Boll's 3 awesome heads shots, which came after Tootoo laying on 4-5 of his own, Tootoo then came back strong to stave off Boll.

Posted by youthattack on February 23, 2011 at 10:32 AM

glad to see tootoo is back.

Posted by Big_Goon on March 04, 2011 at 12:27 PM

Boll should have dominated the much smaller guy. Edge Boll

Posted by tyrone on February 23, 2011 at 09:52 AM

Tootoo up to his usual first punch (Indian Cheap Shot) sucker. But he got schooled by Boll in a big way. Big win for Boll.

Posted by ogie ogiltorpe on March 13, 2011 at 08:40 PM

Boll win despite Roody-Poo's cheap jumpstart, wish he would square up for a change instead of this tactic, until then...no respect for a classless move

Posted by david09313 on February 23, 2011 at 07:41 PM

boll

Posted by cigaros on February 23, 2011 at 12:12 PM

Props to Boll for not killing Tootoo.

Posted by Ready to go on February 23, 2011 at 06:16 AM

22's a punk

Posted by mark verbiest on February 23, 2011 at 05:07 PM

I can't believe that midget picked a fight with Boll.If Boll would have connected it would have been a TKO

Posted by truebee_69 on February 23, 2011 at 09:18 PM

Decent fight, gave the edge to Boll. A fight he should win, he takes the narrow edge by landing a couple decent shots.

Posted by lb1631 on February 23, 2011 at 10:32 AM

TooToo must be still smoking the crack pipe to fight Boll. Win Boll.

Posted by tim13 on February 23, 2011 at 09:18 AM

Boll as always displaying good defense and a good grip. Good effort from Tootoo but Boll was in control. Nice spirited tilt.

Posted by b.t.wilson on February 24, 2011 at 12:30 AM

i am so angry. tootoo was doing a q&a at a library fifteen minutes from my house tonight. could've threw the blazers jersey on the boy and went out, if only i didn't find out half an hour after it ended. son of a bastard... boll, 6. very happy for you jordin, i hope them demons are gone for good, god bless.

Posted by bruins rule on February 23, 2011 at 08:13 AM

boll gets the win in this fight.

Posted by ghjkfdhgfd on February 23, 2011 at 12:43 AM

Nice to see the crazy fucker back, Boll wins though

Posted by sulley71 on February 23, 2011 at 10:51 AM

Very slight edge to Boll.

Posted by fernben8 on February 23, 2011 at 10:38 AM

Good intense bout... Tootoo a little rusty but props to Boll for fighting a smart one, he had Tootoo tied up well at one point and used his reach effectively, preventing Jordin to fight his kind of fight. Win Jared.

Posted by johnnyrock555 on February 24, 2011 at 04:56 PM

Too started like a buzz saw but Boll is too powerful. Body punches are BS and do not count in my assessment.

Posted by koolpunch on February 23, 2011 at 10:05 AM

The Tootoo dichotomy; half dispicable, half impressive. Nonetheless, win for Boll.

Posted by mudman55 on February 24, 2011 at 07:22 AM

Good scrap. I especially enjoy it every time the camera shows Barry Trotz. He, Bruce Boudreau, and Claude Julien should have their own sitcom.

Posted by slshbleed on February 23, 2011 at 08:04 AM

Like him or not Tootoo is willing to fight guys that are bigger. Of course there are not many guys his size. He is also willing to fight guys that are in the heavy weight class although he rarely a guy that is as legit as Boll (he fought Reed Low once). He is a difficult guy to fight. Fireplug like, slippery, hard to get a good punch off, and he can punch back. I don't like the guy that much, but if he was on my team, I would love the guy. Win Boll in this one.

Posted by Behn Wilson on February 23, 2011 at 07:25 AM

A truly enjoyable, high intensity scrap, between two genuinely angry fighters, whose every punch seemed fraught with bad intentions. Despite a valiant effort on Tootoo's part, size, and experience made the difference, as Boll managed to overcome Tootoo's, usual, ''jump start'' maneuver, and ''out nasty'' his way to a close, hard fought victory..

Posted by paddyd on February 23, 2011 at 04:15 PM

No doubt a missmatch but JT stands in there against a much bigger man and fairs out well. Edge to JB.

Posted by billy jack on February 23, 2011 at 12:07 PM

you still have that extra oxygen coercing through your veins after treatment, but it doesn't last long.22 will be back after a few more.great tilt by both.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on February 22, 2011 at 11:15 PM

Jordin 22 is one of the most annoying players in the game, but its nice to see him bounce back from his demons. Hes back and it shows. There was some anger in those punches. Unfortunately for him though Boll gets the nod in this tilt.

Posted by BrettB on February 23, 2011 at 09:15 AM

Props for the little guy! Boll eventually outworks him for the win. A very intense and entertaining scrap!

Posted by Bluetiedown44 on February 23, 2011 at 11:47 PM

Tootoo is wise to start the bout while he is close in on Boll. Boll with the win here, most of JT shots were ineffective body shots, while dodging the rights of Boll. Reminds me of a smaller version of Janssen versus Scott etc.

Posted by peteytang on February 23, 2011 at 07:25 AM

tootoo's a fag

Posted by jim_mckenzie33 on February 23, 2011 at 08:49 PM

Give Tootoo credit for jumping right back into the fire...BUT he can't take a hit....he takes 60 foot runs at guys but can't take a good shot from Boll without wanting to go...glad he did. Boll'r with a hard fought DUKE.

Posted by ThrowdownSJ408 on February 23, 2011 at 06:45 PM

Win Boll

Posted by Bosoxshute on February 23, 2011 at 03:58 PM

Is it just me, or are there other people out there that when they saw Tootoo and Boll fought last night, a small part of you was hoping Tootoo would leave the ice on a stretcher or better yet a body bag.

Posted by Creeway on September 24, 2011 at 03:48 PM

Clearly a draw!!

Posted by b_eazzzy on February 23, 2011 at 03:09 PM

boll stole tootoos bottle of whiskey

Posted by muskokadangler on February 23, 2011 at 09:16 AM

I'm callin this a decent fight and even tho I hate Tootoo I hope he has addressed his crap!!!! I also DID NOT SEE A BOLL WIN!!!!! DRAW!!!

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on February 23, 2011 at 01:21 PM

Welcome back Tootoo.

Posted by matt>go habs go on February 23, 2011 at 11:42 AM

how does every1 think boll gets the win? I don't see anything that warrants a victory to boll over a much smaller opponent...more proof that some on this site have no idea...draw in a close spirited fight

Posted by illukka on February 24, 2011 at 09:10 AM

nice show of hatred. i also think this is more a draw than a victory

Posted by briaro2050 on February 23, 2011 at 07:04 PM

Jared Boll loves to take on smaller guys...he had his hands full this time with Tootoo landing several body and back of the head shots.

Posted by dorian on February 25, 2011 at 08:51 AM

The voting on this site is really annoying. How is this a definite win for Boll? lol @ the Wade Belak comment. I had to turn off the radio after about two minutes of listening to him

Posted by perezj on February 23, 2011 at 01:29 PM

Boll is a joke.

Posted by kitcarnut on February 24, 2011 at 01:29 PM

Tootoo was the only one landing. WTF u knobeaters watching?

Posted by chad420 on February 25, 2011 at 12:29 PM

Welcome Back Cotter..i mean Tootoo...good close bout...Win TTTTTTTOOOOOOOOOTTTTOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

Posted by mike hartman on February 28, 2011 at 02:09 PM

2 2 is tough little bugger who got it handed to him by a much bigger foe. Gotta give 2 2 credit, he tried his usual throwing of a few punches before his oppenent gets his gloves off, and even through in some rabbitt punches towards the end. Easy win for Boll, good effort by 2 2.

Posted by pvdrummer2000 on February 25, 2015 at 03:59 AM

boll seems to have tootoo's number

Posted by jschroe14 on February 23, 2011 at 11:01 AM

Tootoo needed a stiff drink after getting whipped

Posted by AbuNidal on February 25, 2011 at 10:42 AM

the two best shots go to TooToo, but too too bad, Boll with the overall win...

Posted by CJannsen on March 02, 2011 at 10:56 AM

Win, Boll. Boll, along with Janssen, are my favorite fighters.
