Comments: Talbot checks Meyer into the net, knocking it loose and stopping play. They push and shove before quickly dropping the gloves. They grab on and wrestle around as Talbot's helmet falls off. Meyer gets free and throws six straight lefts with four of them connecting as Talbot tries to block the punches. Meyer switches hands and throws two rights to the side of Talbot's helmet before Talbot throws a right of his own. Meyer pushes Talbot up against the glass as Talbot lands a right to the back of Meyer's head. Meyer then grabs Talbot's leg, picks him up, and slams him to the ice as the linesmen rush in.

Cairns lands another right while Stevenson is going down.

Comments: McCarty hits Souray hard along the boards as Souray shoves McCarty in retaliation. They start talking as Craig Rivet skates over and gives McCarty a cross-check before skating away. Souray and McCarty then drop the gloves and square off. Souray grabs on and throws a right before McCarty returns fire with four lefts of his own with Souray landing a left during the exchange. McCarty switches hands and throws a right before Souray throws two rights. They go back and forth with punches: both trading lefts including Souray landing one that stuns McCarty for a short moment. McCarty misses with a right as Souray puts his head down. They wrestle around trying to get loose as blood streams down McCarty's face. They continue to grapple as Souray rips McCarty's helmet off before they each miss with a left. Souray throws two lefts with one landing before they wrestle up against the glass. McCarty lands three quick lefts as Souray misses with an overhand left before the linesmen come in and end the scrap. They talk for a little bit before going their seperate ways as both guys skate back to the dressing room: McCarty for repairs on a cut that has blood streaming down his face; Souray to clean his blood-stained helmet. Souray was wearing a brace on his wrist and was tossed out of the game for it. Other Penalties: Souray received an attempt to injure penalty.

Comments: They drop the gloves directly after the faceoff and square off. Fedoruk goes in and misses with a left as McGrattan grabs on throws nine straight rights, about 6-7 of them landing while Fedoruk tries to move away from the punches and get loose. Fedoruk rips McGrattan's helmet off before throwing two lefts as McGrattan lands a right that knocks Fedoruk back a few inches. McGrattan misses with a right as Fedoruk throws a left to the back of McGrattan's head before they lose their balance and fall to the ice. The linesmen quickly come in to try and stop the fight only to have both fighters put their hands up to keep them away. McGrattan misses with two rights before he puts his hand in Fedoruk's face. McGrattan throws an uppercut, lands three rights and then connects with a couple of jersey-jabs and another right. Fedoruk throws three lefts as McGrattan tries to stay away from the punches. Fedoruk ties up McGrattan's right and switches hands, throwing a right of his own. They then go toe-to-toe with punches: Fedoruk with lefts; McGrattan with rights. Fedoruk lands a right as McGrattan misses with a left before the two exchange punches back and forth once again. Fedoruk lands two lefts before the linesmen intervene.

Comments: Shortly after the faceoff, the two drop the gloves and skate out to the blueline where they square off. Colley grabs on and misses with three punches before connecting with four straight rights as Richmond lands two lefts. Richmond throws two lefts to the side of Colley's helmet before Colley switches hands and throws two lefts, connecting with one that stuns Richmond. Colley then throws an overhand right and a short left before Richmond goes down to his knees, causing the linesmen to quickly move in.

They wrestle up against the glass and Sarich lands a left as Kostopoulos connects with two rights to the side of Sarich's helmet. The two exchange rights before Sarich unloads a flurry of 7-8 body shots and rights as Kostopoulos returns fire with a right of his own. Sarich switches hands and throws a left at the same time Kostopoulos throws a right. Sarich throws a few rights to the back of Kostopoulos' helmet before the two wrestle up against the glass some more. Kostopoulos throws two rights and the two wrestle around and eventually lose their balance, falling to the ice with Sarich on top.

Comments: Jackman skates over and bumps Janssen, skating around him in a circle before they both drop the gloves and grab on. They grapple around inside until both guys try locked-out rights. Janssen gets free and throws three rights with two of them landing. They struggle to get loose as Janssen misses with a wide right. Jackman continues to hold on as Janssen shakes off his elbow pad and connects with two more rights. Janssen throws another right that hits the side of Jackman's helmet as Jackman tries to shake his elbow pad off, using his teeth at one point to try and pry it off. Janssen switches hands and lands two lefts while they are spinning. Jackman finally gets free and lands two rights to the back of Janssen's head as a Janssen right is blocked. Jackman gets Janssen up against the glass and throws a flurry of overhand rights and body shots with some landing. Janssen then throws three rights and an uppercut that come just short of the target. Jackman lands 4-5 lefts to the back of Janssen's helmet before the linesmen come in to separate the two. Jackman throws a right body shot with Janssen returning fire with a right while the linesmen are in between the two. Other Penalties: Aaron Downey received a misconduct.

They both struggle to get loose until Mayers throws two lefts that miss as Marshall comes back with a left that hits the back of Mayers' helmet. Mayers switches hands and throws a short left as Marshall comes over the top with a right that misses before wrestling Mayers down to his knees. Mayers returns to his feet and throws a right as Marshall responds with three lefts. Mayers gets turned around and loses his balance before Marshall pushes him to the ice.

Boogaard throws two rights before the two exchange right hands. McGrattan connects with some jersey-jabs and Boogaard throws a right that hits the side of McGrattan's helmet. They exchange right hands some more before McGrattan lands a few more jersey-jabs. McGrattan throws 4-5 rights to the back and side of Boogaard's head as Boogaard tries to move away from the punches. Boogaard then almost loses his balance as McGrattan throws four more rights with two of them landing. McGrattan lands two jersey-jabs and a right before Boogaard returns fire with two rights to the back of McGrattan's head. The two begin to exchange right hands once again as Boogaard connects with a big right that knocks McGrattan to the ice. Boogaard lands another right while they are falling.

They struggle to get loose and Burrows throws another right as Armstrong goes down to his knees. Armstrong gets back up before Burrows throws three overhand rights to Armstrong's back. Armstrong then slams Burrows to the ice and the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Burrows received a roughing.

Strudwick grabs ahold of Rupp's left arm, but Rupp is able to get free from Strudwick's grasp as they skate farther down ice. They finally grab on as Strudwick quickly rips Rupp's helmet off and lands two rabbit punches to the back of Rupp's head. Rupp then wraps his right arm around Strudwick and they fall to the ice.

Comments: They drop the gloves near center ice and square off. They each try to grab on to the other until LaCouture gets a hold of Moen and throws a right to the back of Moen's head as Moen comes back with two rights of his own. LaCouture switches hands and throws a left as Moen throws another right that misses. LaCouture loses his balance and goes down to his knees as Moen throws two rights while they are spinning. They let go and square off again before grabbing on and spinning around once more with LaCouture and Moen each throwing two rights each. LaCouture misses with a right as Moen loses his balance and lets go, sliding backwards on the ice while down on his knees. They square off for a third time as Moen connects with a quick left while they are trying to grab hold of each other. They grab on again as both throw a couple of locked-out punches as they spin around. Moen throws a right to the back of LaCouture's head before the linesmen finally come in and end the fight.

Hordichuk then throws a body shot and an overhand right before Talbot throws two lefts. Hordichuk lands a right to the back of Talbot's head before the two fall to the ice. Other Penalties: Talbot received an instigator and misconduct.
