They wrestle around in close quarters as Skrastins throws two more rights before Nilson loses his balance and falls to the ice with Skrastins on top.

Doan checks Andrei Zyuzin hard into the boards as Zyuzin's face bounces off the glass. Zyuzin falls on the ice in pain, blood dripping from his forehead as the trainers rush out onto the playing surface. Meanwhile, Mitchell goes straight after Doan and they drop the mitts. They grab on as Mitchell throws two lefts to the side of Doan's helmet. They tie up and Doan misses with a right before Mitchell connects with a left hook. Mitchell loses his balance for a moment and returns to his feet as the two wrestle around. Mitchell throws two lefts as Doan is bent over before the linesmen intervene. Other Penalties: Mitchell received an instigator and misconduct.

The two drop the gloves way behind the play, each removing their helmets while they square off. Gauthier fakes and then connects with a right as he grabs ahold of Veilleux. Gauthier then throws four overhand rights to the back of Veilleux's head while Veilleux is trying to duck away from the punches. They wrestle up against the boards as Gauthier throws a left that almost knocks Veilleux off-balance before landing two body shots. The linesmen come in shortly after.

Behind the play the two drop the gloves and immediately tie up at the blueline. Gaustad is able to get his left hand up in Strudwick's face as he throws two overhand rights to the back of Strudwick's helmet. Strudwick loses his balance and goes down to a knee, but quickly rises to his feet. Gaustad lands two more rights to the back of Strudwick's head as he takes Strudwick's jersey and tries to pull it over his head. They wrestle around in tight for a bit before Strudwick lands two rights to the side of Gaustad's helmet. Gaustad attempts a locked-out right as Strudwick connects with 5-6 more rights to the back of Gaustad's helmet. Strudwick gets turned around as Gaustad throws three rights to the back of Strudwick's head before they fall to the ice.

They drop the gloves near the benches as Fedoruk misses with a quick left before grabbing on. Parros loses his balance and falls, but quickly gets back to feet. They wrestle around in tight as Fedoruk throws a right. They continue to grapple and Parros has Fedoruk's left hand tied up. Fedoruk lands a right as Parros rips Fedoruk's helmet off before landing a right of his own. They exchange right hands and then Fedoruk switches hands and throws three quick lefts as Parros returns fire with a right. Fedoruk throws a right with Parros throwing four rights and a left as Parros struggles to get free. They exchange right hands as Parros lands a left while Fedoruk shakes off his elbow pad. Parros lands a wide right and throws two lefts before they tie up. Fedoruk throws a left and then they grapple in tight until the two exchange hard lefts and go down to their knees as the linesmen come in.

Morrow tries to squeeze through Gauthier and Sean O'Donnell to get to the net. Gauthier never lets up and pushes Morrow past the goal. There's a quick scrum behind the net and these two break away after some gloved punches and facewashes. Gauthier gets off a quick right and Morrow returns fire with a couple of his own. Morrow then throws an over the top right and attempts an uppercut when Gauthier pops him with a right, sending Morrow to the ice with Gauthier on top.

Rycroft goes through Maxime Ouellet's crease with McCarthy pushing and checking him the entire way. He passes through, turns around and the two drop the gloves in the corner. Rycroft throws a right that McCarthy ducks under and both fall to their knees. They get back up quickly and Rycroft gets in a couple of rights and then a left while McCarthy is trying to get position. McCarthy rights himself and is able to land a few rights while the two are grappling. Rycroft is in an awkward position and McCarthy helps him down to the ice, tossing a couple of more on the way while the linesmen come in. Other Penalties: Rycroft received an interference.

McGrattan starts things off with two short rights as Belak throws two jersey-jabs. McGrattan misses with a right as Belak throws a wide right and a jersey-jab. McGrattan then throws three jersey-jabs and a right before Belak returns fire with a right of his own. Belak throws a few more jersey-jabs as McGrattan connects with a left before switching hands and landing a right to the side of Belak's helmet. The two continue to throw jersey-jabs before they begin exchanging right hands that miss for the most part. McGrattan lands three rights to the side of Belak's head as Belak continues to throw jersey-jabs and the occasional right. They go back and forth with jersey-jabs and rights for a short moment before Belak loses his balance and falls to the ice.

Domi gives Neil a poke with his stick as the two talk before dropping their gloves and squaring off near the side boards. They grab on and tie up as they exchange short right hands. Neil throws three rights as Domi returns fire with a right of his own. Both guys throw a couple of wild punches that miss before they get in tight again with Neil ripping Domi's helmet off. Neil throws 4-5 overhand rights to the back of Domi's head as Domi connects with two rights while Neil's jersey is up and over his head. Neil throws a few more overhand rights as his jersey comes down and his vision is restored. They wrestle around in close quarters as Neil throws three more rights to the back of Domi's head before Domi lands a short left. Neil throws a left and then a right hook as he loses his balance and goes down to his knees for a moment. Neil returns to his feet as Domi throws a couple of rights before they lose their balance and tumble to the ice.

Rivet throws three more rights while trying to rip off Adams' helmet at the same time. Adams stands up straight and Rivet throws three more rights that graze the top of Adams' head. They each exchange a couple of right hands as Rivet lands a right to the back of Adams' head. They wrestle around, struggling to get loose as they each throw a short right. Rivet gets free and throws four rights as Adams tries to duck away from the punches. Rivet continues to throw rights as Adams returns fire with some lefts of his own. They wrestle around in close quarters until the linesmen come in and end the fight.

Richards lands a short right and a grazing left before coming up short with a left jab as Endicott moves away from the punch. Richards throws a left jab as Endicott misses with an overhand right, allowing Richards to connect with a right hook that sends Endicott to the ice and the linesmen diving in.

Boogaard throws five more rights, connecting with three while Vandermeer is bent over. Vandermeer stands up straight and throws a left before Boogaard connects with a big right that sends Vandermeer to the ice.

They spin around as Roy loses his balance and falls to the ice. The linesmen allow them to return to their feet but Roy isn't able to get up from his knees. Ference gets an arm free and throws two rights as the linesmen jump in.

Stevenson throws an overhand right before losing his balance and falling to the ice. Hulse misses with a left as Stevenson is falling. Hulse has his left hand cocked back as the linesmen come in.
