They grab on as Mitchell throws two lefts to the side of Doan's helmet. They tie up and Doan misses with a right before Mitchell connects with a left hook. Mitchell loses his balance for a moment and returns to his feet as the two wrestle around. Mitchell throws two lefts as Doan is bent over before the linesmen intervene. Other Penalties: Mitchell received an instigator and misconduct. |

Strudwick gets turned around as Gaustad throws three rights to the back of Strudwick's head before they fall to the ice. |

They exchange right hands and then Fedoruk switches hands and throws three quick lefts as Parros returns fire with a right. Fedoruk throws a right with Parros throwing four rights and a left as Parros struggles to get free. They exchange right hands as Parros lands a left while Fedoruk shakes off his elbow pad. Parros lands a wide right and throws two lefts before they tie up. Fedoruk throws a left and then they grapple in tight until the two exchange hard lefts and go down to their knees as the linesmen come in. |

Morrow then throws an over the top right and attempts an uppercut when Gauthier pops him with a right, sending Morrow to the ice with Gauthier on top. |

They go back and forth with jersey-jabs and rights for a short moment before Belak loses his balance and falls to the ice. |
