Stortini Stays Busy

Just two days after dropping the gloves twice against the Flames, Zack Stortini needed only 19 seconds in last night’s game against the Hawks before he dropped them again, this time with Martin Lapointe.

Stortini threw a big hit on Adam Burish, prompting Lapointe to give Stortini a couple of whacks with his stick, leading to their scrap.

Only four games were played last night.  There was just one other fight, between Cody McLeod and Mike Grier.  McLeod got his stick up on Joe Thornton earlier in the night.  With Grier on the bench, only words were exchanged at that point, and the two went at it the next time they were on the ice together.
