Start It Up?

Hey, a couple of fights last night.  Ends a drought of a couple of days.

I’m more focused on tonight.  There are two rivalry games with playoff implications:
Toronto Maple Leafs at Ottawa Senators
New York Rangers at New York Islanders

The Leafs and Sens play again on Saturday.  The Isles and Rangers play two more in a few weeks.  Neither rivalry has seen the nastiness of years past (yet), but with the Leafs and Rangers fighting for a playoff spot (and the Islanders barely above the 8th seed), the games should be intense tonight.  You can watch Rangers at Islanders for free on Yahoo.

Last night’s fights:

Raitis Ivanans vs Jody Shelley Mar 7, 2007
Nick Tarnasky vs Matt Greene Mar 7, 2007

Other fights added:
(with a little focus on Wendel vs Marty)

Marty McSorley vs Wendel Clark May 17, 1993
Dave Taylor vs Todd Gill May 17, 1993
(same vid for the two above)
Wendel Clark vs Marty McSorley Nov 16, 1995 (Round 1)
Brent Severyn vs Sean O’Donnell Nov 16, 1995
Wendel Clark vs Marty McSorley Nov 16, 1995 (Round 2)
