Hockeyfights Friday Fight Week Recap – January 25th, 2019

Perhaps it was the oncoming All-Star break, maybe it was just a less rivalry filled week, but the NHL has been devoid of fights since January 21st. The weekend started off with a bang but finished off with a bunch of animal videos on our social media (a vote was held and people have asked for them over the entire all-star break.

We have big things coming from the new hockeyfights all the time, but one new feature is the “Must-See Monday” spot on our front page. If you scroll down on the front page you will now see a new section of “Must Watch Fights”. Every Monday this will be updated with a fan of the site, former player, or partner of hockeyfights favorite fights. The theme of each list could vary, this week we asked our new podcast partner, The Biscuit Podcast (follow them on Twitter, Instagram and listen to their amazing interviews here) and his top five fights off the top of his head:
