Cause and Effect

Monday produced two fights, and each transpired for a different reason.
To put it bluntly, Chris Neil flattened Henrik Sedin during the first period of Sens–Canucks. Neil was greeted by Daniel Sedin, but it was Aaron Rome that skated over and grabbed Neil.
The two dropped the gloves in a fight that Neil easily controlled.
Elsewhere, towards the end of 3-0 Yotes win over the Avs, a frustrated Cody McLeod shoved Derek Morris. The two came together and threw a couple of early punches before the fight quickly ended up on the ice.
