Bobby Robins made his long-awaited NHL debut opening night of the 2014-15 season. At 32 — almost 33 — years old, and starting his 10th professional season, Robins might have been the only one still waiting, but it was well worth it.
In the second period he threw a big hit on Zac Rinaldo. Luke Schenn skated over and Robins got to do what he's known for: dropping the gloves.
It was a spirited scrap, with Robins using his experience against the 24-year old blueliner.
