Bob Probert Day in Windsor

Mayor Eddie Francis has declared June 26 Bob Probert Day in memory of the former Detroit Red Wings and Chicago Blackhawks player who died last July from heart failure.

Francis said the city wants to pay tribute to a Windsor native who had an outstanding 16-season NHL hockey career and an unwavering commitment to the community.
