| Oct 10, 2002 | 2pd 06:47 | Jody Shelley | CHI | Louie Debrusk |
| They drop em off the faceoff after a chicago goal. Shelley gets going first and throws about 4-5 punches while Debrusk is on the defence. One might have hit and another one glanced. Debrusk then get better postioning and throws 3-5 punches as Shelley throws 2 right back at him. One good shot by Debrusk during the flurry. Then they get tied up and the linesmen come in. Shelley had a little cut on his cheak, not sure if it was from the Debrusk punch or a cut that was just reopened. | ||||

| Oct 14, 2002 | 1pd 06:48 | Jody Shelley | PHO | Darcy Hordichuk |
| Nice fair square off. Hordichuk dives in head down in an attempt to grab on. Shelley grabs his shoulders. Hordi is able to come in with a right that glances off Shelley's helmet and Jody follows by doing the same. A weak right by Hordichuk misses everything and then he evades a Shelley right. Poor camera angle now. Looks like Darcy lands a straight right to the face. Both guys throw rights that ain't doing nothing. They're going toe to toe now. Rights in stereo land from both combatants: Hordi to the face and Shelley to the helmet. Shelley lands a forearm to Hordichuk's helmet. Darcy needs to get his head up, he must be having nightmares of Anglestad... A right from Darcy gets nothing. And again. Shelley's elbow pad has come down over his right hand. Jody tries what looks to be an uppercut which just misses and allows Hordichuk to nearly land a brutal left cross; It may have skipped across Jody's nose. They both fire again: Jody with the right which misses and Darcy with the left which may have landed. Damned camera angle obscures the punch. Jody fires two more rights but they're just not on target. Hordichuk is landing a couple of rights in the meantime. They both go with rights again and neither seem to connect, but Hordichuk starts to go off balance in the exchange. Off balance, Darcy lands a heavy right to the helmet and his teetering helps him avoid a Shelley right. Both guys are in the spin cycle and fire. Hordichuk misses with the left and Shelley with a nothing right. Jody comes again with a heavy right to the shoulder and then with a big right to the mush. That may have stunned Darcy as he appears to buckle a little and goes down. Jody has grabbed on and falls on top of his opponent. The linesmen are in now and it is over. Not much grabbing here folks. | ||||

| Oct 14, 2002 | 1pd 07:22 | Sean Pronger | PHO | Kelly Buchberger |
| Fair square off in the corner. Buchberger grabs on to Pronger jersey at the throat. Pronger pushes a weak left as Kelly comes in which ain't doing nothing. Buchberger winds up and thows a vicious right, but Sean sees it coming and ducks out of the way. Pronger ends up bent over and down on one knee. Buchberger winds up again with the right and fires, but it comes up short due to Pronger's long reach locking him out. Pronger is back to his feet. A wild right cross from Pronger is evaded. He fires again with the right and clips the bridge of Kelly's helmet. Pronger has the right free and Buchberger look to be in trouble. Sean wants to go with another right but goes off balance a bit. This gives Buchberger a chance with his right, but he's still locked out and it never reaches it's target. A wild right again from Buchberger clips across Pronger's helmet as Sean turns away. Pronger tries a weak uppercut which appears to land in Kelly's jersey somewhere. Pronger looks huge next to Buchberger. A bit of stalling as both guys show a little apprehension. Pronger has a left hand full of jersey and feeds it into Kelly's mouth with no damage. Oooh, there it was! Out of nowhere Pronger lands a straight right to Buchberger's jaw and he crumbles to the ice. Pronger goes down on top, but refrains from any more punches. The linesmen are in quickly. It's over. | ||||

| Oct 14, 2002 | 1pd 07:48 | Jamie Allison | PHO | Branko Radivojevic |
| This one starts behind an altercation between Dineen, Grand-Pierre and Focht. Don't know what Radi was thinking, because this fight is all Allison. He throws about 12 unanswered lefts while Radivojevic hangs on for dear life. Finally Allison wears out, they wrestle for a while, Radi waits for the linesmen to get done separating Grand-Pierre and Focht so they can come over and get him out of trouble. Other Penalties: Dan Focht received a double roughing; JLGP a roughing. | ||||

| Oct 14, 2002 | 1pd 13:31 | Tyler Wright | PHO | Ossi Vaananen |
| Vaananen takes exception to a wild hit by Wright and drops him behind the play, they both drop the gloves quickly and grab on for dear life. Wright is not known for his fighting, but does a credible job in the wrestling match to rip Vaananen's helmet off so he can take a few swings at his head with his left. Wright landed the only blows of the bout, including opening a cut on Vaananen's cheek. Other Penalties: Vaananen received an instigator, unsportsmanlike conduct, double cross checking and misconduct. | ||||

| Oct 17, 2002 | 1pd 15:20 | Jamie Allison | @STL | Reed Low |
| They dropped em near center ice. A pretty open battle here, Allison was throwing with the left and Low with the right. Allison was landing a few glancing blows to Reed's chest/neck area when Low started firing the hammer. Reed landed about 10 to Allison's face/top of the head area before Allison put his head down. After this, Reed started pounding the back of Jamie's head before the linesmen had seen enough and stepped in. Other Penalties: Allison received an interference. | ||||

| Oct 19, 2002 | 2pd 03:30 | Jody Shelley | FLA | Peter Worrell |
| No cheap stuff here; good, clean, everybody ready to go, square off. Jody jumps in to get a hold of something and there is lots there to grab on to. They're in the corner along the boards. Worrell goes first with a right that may have caught the helmet with little damage. Both throw rights, with both coming up short. Jody is quick with another right which can't reach its target. Worrell's right is free and that is bad news. He throws it and it looks to connect only to the shoulder. He doesn't stop there and throws a quick right uppercut which hits a little jersey and that's all. Jody is within arms reach and lands a heavy right to the left jaw. At the same time, a Worrell right may or may not have connected (bad angle), but no damage shows. Another quick Worrell right comes up a bit short. He has Shelley locked out and that's preventing Worrell from hitting him. Shelley tries a right, but it fizzles into nothing. Worrell has Jody in kind of a headlock. Ooh! A heavy short right from Worrell lands to the face! A true fighter, Shelley fires his own right and lands to the face of Worrell. A repeat right from Jody lands to the back; nothing. Two rights from Shelley land to the head, while one from Big Pete misses. Worrell is a bit shaken. A right from Shelley hits nothin'. Worrell comes with a big right and get a bit of shoulder and that's all. Shelley does the same. Worrell's hand is lost in his jersey. Both guys are cocked and ready to fire. Jody goes with a big right uppercut which misses. Worrell look like he lands a right to the head. Again. Now Pete with an uppercut: misses. Shelley misses with a right cross and loses his helmet. Worrell goes with the right and misses. Jody goes with a noogie right and probably misses, but it don't matter; too weak. Worrell throws and misses with a nothing right. Looks like Worrell lands a wild left uppercut; bad angle. In close on the boards. Jody misses a left. Jody is burrowing his head in the monsters chest. Shelley get bent over and Worrell lands a massive forearm to the back. As the linesmen come in, Pete goes with the forearm to the back again and one more time for good measure. The linesmen seperate'em and it's all over. Good stuff, as neither guys right arm was ever locked up. | ||||

| After the whistle a small scrum develops and Belanger jumps Shelley. Looks like Belanger may have landed a few minor punches and Shelley just never got it going. They wrestle into the corner and end up on the ice. Other Penalties: Shelley received a cross checking; Belanger an instigator and misconduct. | ||||

| Oct 29, 2002 | 1pd 02:50 | Luke Richardson | @CHI | Jason Strudwick |
| Strudwick checks Richardson, and they both drop the gloves. Richardson throws about 4, with 2 connecting well. Strudwick returns with about 2 more, 1 connecting and then going almost toe-to-toe with each other while both are throwing right hands. At this point Richardson is connecting and Strudwick starts to throw more, connecting to Richardson's head. Strudwick throws 1-2 more that look ok, not too much damage done. Luke then throws maybe 1 more that, and misses as he loses balance and falls. | ||||

| The drop them off a faceoff. Both go toe to toe for about 5 seconds with Shelley landing 3 or 4 really well and Thornton grazing 2 or 3. They tie up a little and Shelley throws 2 more that connect. Thornton gets in close, then Shelley hits him to his knees and the linesmen come in. Right when they do, Thornton pulls Shelley down by his leg. | ||||

| They drop the gloves and have a nice squareoff as they come out of the penalty box. Peat immediately lands about five hard rights to Shelley's face. Jody throws a couple of rights with little damage, though they might have given Peat a little drip from the nose. They tie each other up and Peat switches to the left. He lands two hard lefts and Jody goes to a knee. | ||||

They come together and a good toe-to-toe ensues, Laraque with wild lefts, Shelley with wild rights. About 5 punches each. Hard to tell whether or not they landed. Shelley throws about 3 more looping rights which didn't look to connect, Laraque loses his balance. Laraque regains his balance and tries a couple of lefts, which again didn't seem to connect fully. | Cairns comes out in the Isles zone, where Shelley is lined up and moves to Shelley's wing. You can see/sense this a mile away. They drop the gloves have a nice square-off, Jody Shelley moves in first, grabs Cairns with the left and then Cairns grabs on. They now have their right hands cocked back, but start off with the jersey-lefts. Cairns then starts to throw right hands and Shelley answers back, but Cairns lands a clean shot to Shelley's face. They offer 1-2 more rights, Shelley stops punching, is bent over, the refs move in and you can see that Jody Shelley is pissed off. He is bloodied and goes straight to the lockerroom for repairs.

| This one starts not too long after the puck is dropped. Buchberger obviously looking for revenge in this fight for the fight earlier in the year. Both were both really throwin' 'em, however, Buchberger's just weren't landing as much. Pronger caught Buchberger with at least one good right that pissed off Buchberger and from that point Buch was just throwing wild rights that weren't connecting to well. Pronger then gets his arm tied up in his jersey and they get tangled up against the boards. After some jostling around Pronger throws Buchberger to the ice. This was a fun one to watch. Especially after Pronger caught Buchberger with a quick right jab and Buch started throwing those rights. Entertaining bout. | ||||

Then Shelley gives a quick shove and then pops McKenzie in the right temple. Then Big Jim starts throwing some and it looks like Shelley knew he could be in trouble so he gets in close to McKenzie and keeps his head turned to the side while Jim just keeps pounding on the back of Shelley's helmet. After about 5 pops of knuckle on helmet, Jim tries to pull off Shelley's helmet but it looks like Jim realizes that Shelley still has the nose problem and the linesmen come in.

| Feb 23, 2003 | 1pd 16:14 | Luke Richardson | @VAN | Darren Langdon |
| Richardson throws a few rights that seem to come up short. Langdon and Richardson then throw simultaneous rights, where Langdon connects solidly, and Richardson appears to come up short. Langdon throws two left-handed push-punches that seem to connect fairly well, then they start a brief toe-to-toe exchange where Langdon was getting the better of the it. Other Penalties: Richardson received a roughing; Langdon an instigator and misconduct. | ||||

| Feb 25, 2003 | 3pd 19:05 | Tyler Wright | @NAS | Clarke Wilm |
| This fight happened because of a Wright crosscheck to the back of Timmonen. They are on the ice together with about a minute left chatting and drop the gloves in front of the net. Wright is just holding on and doesn't throw a punch, Wilm tries to throw a few but they all came up short or hit helmet. | ||||

| Feb 27, 2003 | 1pd 01:51 | David Ling | LOS | Chris Schmidt |
| Schmidt was landing early to the helmet of Ling, then Ling comes back landing and it looks like one connects with Schmidt's right eye. Schmidt comes back with a few weak shots then both guys get locked out and the linesmen hop in. | ||||

| Mar 08, 2003 | 1pd 00:05 | Jody Shelley | CAL | Craig Berube |
| 5 seconds into the game these to go off the first faceoff. Even squareoff, not much happening, and then toe to toe. Both throw with the right hand for about 10 seconds, then Berube put Shelley in a head lock and took him down. Shelley was smiling and there was blood coming from Berube's mouth. | ||||

| Mar 08, 2003 | 1pd 12:23 | David Ling | CAL | Scott Nichol |
| These guys are pushing along the boards amongst a crowd and decide to drop 'em. They start off quick, a right by Ling and some by Nichol. They fall over, but then get back up and throw some more. They then get bent over the bench and the linesmen come in. Not much of a fight, a lot of the punches came up short and were wiffs. | ||||

| Mar 13, 2003 | 1pd 08:28 | Jody Shelley | COL | Scott Parker |
| Parker and Shelley drop'em near the boards at center ice. A nice long spirited fight, lasted roughly 45 seconds to a minute. They go toe to toe and each land solid rights. Shelley lands the first couple bricks to the face, Parker counters with a bomb of his own. A handful, maybe 4 or 5 per man, of soft rights are exchanged. Parker's helmet starts getting in his eyes, so he switches hands and rips it off, while Shelley's falls off in the havoc. They tie one another up and Parker gets the takedown. | ||||

| Mar 13, 2003 | 1pd 17:36 | David Ling | COL | Bryan Marchment |
| A scrum gathers by the boards once again. Ling darts straight for Marchment, the two unleash some fiesty, wild rights. Both land decently on one another. The linesmen step in and break it up. | ||||

| Mar 13, 2003 | 3pd 12:10 | Rostislav Klesla | COL | Brian Willsie |
| Klesla shows a pulse and takes a run at Willsie. The refs gave both FMs, but it certainly was not an actual fight. Klesla was just frustrated and took out his anger on the nearest guy, or tried anyhow. Neither actually land punches. Other Penalties: Each player received a high sticking. | ||||

| Mar 15, 2003 | 1pd 01:36 | Sean Pronger | MIN | Brad Brown |
| Brad Brown goes knee on knee with Rick Nash so Pronger comes in for the challenge. Brown lets go with a couple of quick rights and appears to get the tko on Pronger as his knees buckled and he goes to the ice. | ||||

| Mar 15, 2003 | 1pd 06:09 | David Ling | MIN | Jeremy Stevenson |
| These two decide to drop the gloves and go at it. They grab on and started to exchange some decent punches, some seemed to miss, some were landing. One of Stevenson's rights caught Ling and give him a bloody nose. Pretty exciting fight here, both guys traded and landed some good ones. | ||||

| Mar 15, 2003 | 1pd 13:09 | Jody Shelley | MIN | Matt Johnson |
| On first viewing it looked to be all Johnson. They both went to the ice early and recover. Johnson comes up throwing, which keeps Jody a bit off-balance. Johnson lands at least 5 heavy rights to the head/helmet before they both go to the ice. However, many who attended say Shelley got in a hard punch that dropped Johnson quickly before the camera was able to get to the fight, so it may have been more even then most saw. | ||||

| Mar 15, 2003 | 3pd 11:38 | Jamie Allison | MIN | Matt Johnson |
| Not much of a fight. Johnson wanted to get throwing, but they were so off-balance that all they could really do was fall. | ||||

| Mar 17, 2003 | 2pd 03:49 | Jody Shelley | @ATL | Jeff Odgers |
| Odgers comes into to Shelley with a high crosscheck and of course they go. Both guys looked to land some shots in a brief attempt at toe to toe. Odgers goes down somehow, but Shelley holds up. Both guys were mouthing off afterwards. Other Penalties: Odgers received an instigator and misconduct. | ||||

| Mar 20, 2003 | 2pd 02:57 | Jamie Allison | TOR | Wade Belak |

| Mar 20, 2003 | 2pd 19:46 | Jody Shelley | TOR | Tie Domi |
| They bump right at center ice and throw down. Right when they do Domi throws a left that hit helmet and Shelley comes over top with a right, then falls over and Domi is on top. That's it. Other Penalties: David Ling received a tripping. | ||||

| Mar 22, 2003 | 1pd 13:41 | David Ling | ATL | Jeff Cowan |
| Ling starts gummin in the Atlanta zone, and drops the gloves first. Cowan accepts and throws 2-3 punches to the helmet/head of Ling right off the start, only landing one good one. Ling spins Cowan around for a bit trying to work with the sweater. More grappling now as Ling gets Cowan's jersey up over his head and lands a couple soft jabs. The linesmen see the jersey and come in and it's over. | ||||

| Mar 29, 2003 | 1pd 13:20 | Jamie Allison | @CAL | Shean Donovan |
| As Marc Denis covers the puck, Allison takes Donovan hard to the boards. Donovan takes exception and they drop the gloves while tied up. Too bad the linesmen are all over 'em and each participant has to throw his punches while being held by one. Donovan landed a nice left to the jaw prompting Allison to throw a couple of rights that may or may not have landed. | ||||

| Apr 02, 2003 | 3pd 14:28 | Tyler Wright | MIN | Filip Kuba |
| Wright begins to throw at Kuba who doesn't drop the gloves, but pulls himself in nice and tight. Kuba gradually sheds his right glove, keeps the left on holding on to Wright. Finally lets go of the left glove and throws a right which looked like it hit Wright on the jaw or cheek. Wright contiunes to throw with none really connecting to anything but Kuba's back or helmet. Other Penalties: Wright received a cross checking. | ||||
