| Comments: Brashear shook his gloves and Probert accepted. Probert only threw a few, maybe landing one, while Brashear landed many while spinning and then punching Probert down to a knee. | ||||

| Oct 09, 2001 | 1pd 02:16 | VAN | @ COL | Scott Parker |
| Comments: Scrum is forming and these two break free and drop the gloves. Brashear is fighting in tight and lands a few quick punches while it appears Parker's couple miss. Parker gets his right hand free as Brashear "falls" (there is debate whether he fell or took a dive). With his right hand cocked back and ready to go, Parker let the linesmen come in since Brashear was down. | ||||

| Oct 25, 2001 | 2pd 08:15 | VAN | @ COL | Rick Berry |
| Comments: Berry drove Herbert Vasiljevs into the boards hard and Brashear took offense to it. Brashear grabbed ahold of Berry, and Berry dropped the gloves first. Berry threw a right that missed and then Brashear threw a couple of lefts with one landing solid on Berry's nose. Berry's jersey got over his head and Brash threw a few more lefts as the linesmen were stepping in. Berry had a bloody nose after the fight. | ||||

| Comments: Parker tried to get Brashear to drop 'em a couple of minutes prior to this fight, but was denied by Brashear. After a long square off, Brashear grabbed a hold of Parker and held on tight. Parker and Brashear grappled a bit and Parker fell down hard on top of Brashear. The linesmen let the two get up and continue (thank you). Parker tried to throw a couple of rights and got Brashear's helmet mostly off. Parker threw a few rabbit shots and then Brashear threw a right and got Parker's helmet off. The two got real close, and then proceeded to exchange mostly rabbit shots. The two then proceed to have a slight conversation (Parker was most likely telling Brashear to throw 'em and not hold on). Brashear seemed to nod and slightly let up on his grip. Brashear lands a decent right. Parker throws a wild right to no avail as Brashear continued to hold on tight. Parker did manage to land a nice left in tight and a few more rabbit shots before going down with Brashear. Parker was the aggressor in this fight and both landed semi-decent shots. Crawford was applauding Brashear's performance after the fight. | ||||

| Dec 26, 2001 | 2pd 12:56 | PHI | @ WAS | Stephen Peat |
| Comments: Peat smacks Brash in the back of the head. Then Peat whacks his stick out of his hands. Brash looks for a penalty, gets none and they go. Peat gets swinging first, throwing 5 shots all to the back of Brashear. Brash then shakes him and follows up with a left solid to the right temple of Peat and down goes Peat! Brashear lands one more while Peat is down. | ||||

| Jan 02, 2002 | 3pd 15:25 | PHI | @ SAN | Bryan Marchment |
| Comments: In the third period, Marchment lands a huge open ice check on Brashear that wobbles the great hugger. Later on, Brash goes looking for revenge, but Marchment went for the immediate takedown and for some reason the linesman give them both majors. WHY? Who knows… | ||||

| Jan 12, 2002 | 2pd 06:36 | @ PHI | NYR | Sandy McCarthy |
| Comments: Off of the faceoff, these two drop the gloves immediately and square off. Brash grabs McCarthy and starts throwing a bunch of lefts, connecting with quite a few. Lots of grappling and Brash gets McCarthy's helmet off and throws some over the top left. Some back and forth inside punches now, hard to tell what's connecting, but each are landing at least a couple, while spinning and grabbing. Some more grappling and McCarthy now gets Brashear's helmet off. McCarthy throws a few weak rights. Brashear then throws some more lefts, with a couple connecting. Some up top, some uppercuts. Some more hugging while McCarthy whacks Brash a couple of times on the head with his hand which looks covered by his elbow pad. Linesmen then come in. Long fight, lasting about 1:20. | ||||

| Jan 19, 2002 | 1pd 01:19 | PHI | @ TOR | Tie Domi |
| Comments: Lots of hugging. Brashear tried his rapid punches and landed about 2. Domi flipped Brashear to the ice to end this fight. | ||||

| Jan 19, 2002 | 1pd 14:13 | PHI | @ TOR | Tie Domi |
| Comments: All Brashear in this one. Multiple lefts, around a dozen. Domi throws one to three with one landing. It only pissed off Brashear and he threw about nine more. Most of Brashear's hit Domi's helmet but he definitely controlled this one. | ||||

| Feb 09, 2002 | 3pd 13:01 | PHI | @ STL | Reed Low |
| Comments: Off a faceoff in front of the Flyers' net, both Low and Brash agree to drop 'em. Brash then quickly goes for the grasp, but only tempoarily. Reed fires 2 first, then Brash comes back with 6 fast shots, landing on a couple, one of them real good. Brash throws a couple more before Reed gets 2 or 3 off. Brash gets going again, throwing 3 or 4, landing on 2. Reed tries to return some as Brash is trying to lock him out. They skate around as both try and get going, both throwing rabbit shots. The refs finally separate the two, and Brash does the "Reed Low skate to the box" imitation. | ||||

| Feb 26, 2002 | 1pd 08:52 | @ PHI | CHI | Ryan VandenBussche |
| Comments: They square off behind the play. The fight then goes the way of the typical Brash fight (in close with the huggy). Brash gets Vandy's helmet off and gets some shots to the back of the head. They exchange with Brash getting the better before he takes Vandy down with a left or kind of throws him down with his left, not sure. | ||||

| Mar 02, 2002 | 3pd 11:19 | PHI | @ NYR | Matt Barnaby |
| Comments: Karpa and Brash were about to go, and Jabberjaw stepped in for Karpa. Barnaby quickly yanked Brash's helmet off, so Brash returned the favor. It seemed Matt only wanted to hug while Brash was trying to free up...and after a long dance, finally he did. Brash started throwing and let 10 shots go to none for Barnaby. He landed the first five to the side of a turtling Barnaby. He then landed one more to the back of Matt's head. Then Brash opened up and threw four big shots, which he appeared to land 2 of them. Side note: on the way to the box, Karpa skated to Brash. As Brash went for Karpa, Barnaby jumped in again and the refs grabbed Barnaby and Brash, and Karpa fell to the ice. Other Penalties: Brashear received a double roughing and misconduct; Barnaby a misconduct; Dave Karpa a roughing and misconduct. | ||||

| Apr 06, 2002 | 1pd 05:02 | @ PHI | PIT | Jamie Pushor |
| Comments: They mutually decide to go and its all Brash from the start. He lands numerous lefts with a few being very solid ones. Pushor doesnt even throw a punch, but to his credit stands in there and doesn't go down. | ||||

| Apr 08, 2002 | 3pd 02:02 | @ PHI | FLA | Peter Worrell |
| Comments: They push along the boards and they go. Worrell throws 2 noogies into Brash's helemt. They hug. They hug some more. Worrell gets Brash's jersey and drags him down. | ||||

| Apr 13, 2002 | 1pd 06:26 | @ PHI | NYR | Dale Purinton |
| Comments: Off the draw they go. Both in close with Puriton getting off some quick noogies landing to a helmetless Brashear head, nothing that solid. Brash finally gets off Puritons helmet and throws some noogies of his own. Both trying to get a grip. Brash seems to want to get the left free but Puriton holds on tight. Brash throws a couple more over the top. Nothing too much lands. | ||||
