Biz was more active and had the better shots in.

Posted by DARCY T on November 08, 2010 at 09:54 AM

easy win bissonnette and 4

Posted by paddyd on November 07, 2010 at 07:13 AM

They were both glad to get it overwith since they are both friends and played together in WB. Not really any kind of a fight. At best a draw!

Posted by guru71 on December 28, 2010 at 05:32 PM

Close fight, not much happened. Bissonette threw alot more, but most hit the shoulder, grazed the helmet, or hit nothing at all. Both landed a few marginal shots, Bissonette maybe one or two more. No damage done. SLight edge to Bisonnette, though lucky to have tied up engellands right from the start, or i think he'd have gotten the same as Orr and Shelley from Engelland.

Posted by rocky 1 on November 14, 2010 at 12:26 AM

Bissonnette gets the better hold and is able to throw with Engelland catching.Easy win Bissonnette!

Posted by yngblonde1 on November 07, 2010 at 08:42 AM

Two ex WBS best friends..Paul landed 1 maybe 2 clean NON hurting punches and Deryk landed 1 clean punch.. The officials stepped in way too early but the fact they are friends maybe had something to do with it. If anything Paul won with 2-1 in clean punches but it was a nothing fight..

Posted by dogace on November 07, 2010 at 11:24 AM

cant win them all, refs stepped in to early,i think engelland held back a little since they are buddies! but still biz did a good job! 4-1-1 for deryk, he will be back!

Posted by dustman75 on December 21, 2010 at 12:31 AM

why is everyone saying Bissonnette won? It was a draw. neither one got any good punched in

Posted by RV_camper on November 08, 2010 at 04:44 PM

Nothing landed by either fighter. Biss with a couple rabbit jabs.....fight had potential, but flopped

Posted by HELLDOG on November 07, 2010 at 12:05 AM

I wanna see Godard fight, engelland is the only one fighting for the pens now.

Posted by pitthull on November 08, 2010 at 10:57 AM

I've seen better square dancing... Biz wins it -- but I wouldn't be proud of it

Posted by SCOTTSO on November 06, 2010 at 11:43 PM

2nd stinker in a row for engelland

Posted by bruiseyoureye on November 07, 2010 at 12:38 AM

bissonnette fleury is really leaking like a sieve.

Posted by DropGlovz187 on November 07, 2010 at 09:41 PM

"Exposed"? Really? PLEASE! Bizz got about 3 clean punches to Engelland's 1. Whoopie Doo! He didn't even cut Engelland open! While that certainly is a "Technical" victory it was by no means an "Ass beating"! AT the time Engelland got in his preferred area of work, in tight, the Refs broke up the fight. Engelland skates away shaking his head and smiling. Hardly the look of a guy that just got pounded. As for the Parros fight, what tough guy hasn't lost his balance in a fight and fell to the ice prematurely? Engelland popped right back up ready to go and again the Refs stopped the fight. Seriously people, if you hate the Pens, fine, but to say someone's been "exposed" simply because they technically lost a bout. That's sad! I mean name the Enforcer that's NEVER lost a scrap! Are they not real enforcers either? Is Parros a phony since he's lost fights too? How bout Orr or Godard? Are they phonies cause they've some too? Grow up kids, you guys are the only ones that are phony!

Posted by Leafs2006 on November 07, 2010 at 08:00 AM

Bizz is tough for a middleweight, I'd like to see anyone of these guys go with Christine Neil the chickenshit,....but we all know Neil likes to jump the non fighters.....

Posted by b.t.wilson on November 07, 2010 at 01:40 AM

not a great fight. bissonnette holding back so far and throwing those sharp lightning punches looked kind of funny. i would never tell him that to his face in a million years. i guess i would give him the edge though. a 4 at best.

Posted by tattooedkingpin on November 08, 2010 at 02:09 PM

this one was all Biss

Posted by bradyj4 on November 09, 2010 at 04:38 PM

I had some hopes for Engelland... starting to look like he was a bit overrated in the start of the year and just got a lucky shot in against Orr (who left himself completely open that whole fight). Biz just neutralized him from the beginning.

Posted by pepsigenerate on November 06, 2010 at 11:34 PM

Bissonette with the win in this fight,Engelland must of been still hurt from the surprise left he recieved from Big George Parros in Anaheim.

Posted by Chet the Jet on November 08, 2010 at 12:17 PM

Engelland impatiently reaches for Bissonnette first - and loses positioning. The Biz-Nasty wins a close technical fight...

Posted by fernben8 on November 07, 2010 at 01:49 PM

Bissonnettte fights a smart one by staying out of Engelland's range with a straight arm. Seems Engelland is bothered by those left "straight arms" as we see here and the Parros fight ...looses his balance backwards.Either is leaning too far back to protect himself or has weakish neck and abdominal muscles. Not much landed but giving edge to Bissonnette.

Posted by j sto on November 10, 2010 at 06:20 PM

A good scrap between the Wilkes Barre bruise brothers. Its great to see them doing it in the NHL.

Posted by pooleyacht on November 07, 2010 at 11:23 AM

I like both of these guys, good scrappers...Bizzy with the win

Posted by omorales on November 07, 2010 at 01:44 AM

Engelland's been exposed, where's Godard? win nasty Biz

Posted by Jellyczar on November 07, 2010 at 08:31 AM

Engelland's winning streak comes to a halt with Bizz controlling the entire fight.....

Posted by jaybird6401 on November 09, 2010 at 10:56 PM

Bissonnette all the way

Posted by Juha82 on November 07, 2010 at 03:27 AM

Bizz with NARROW WIN, doing well offensively and defensively in this one.

Posted by hkhk on November 07, 2010 at 08:17 AM

gotta give this one to bissonnette ,

Posted by staceyb on November 07, 2010 at 01:25 PM

Bissonnette had that one under control from start to finish. Whatever happened to the Behn Wilson style of fighting with uppercuts?

Posted by ahartnack on November 07, 2010 at 06:50 PM

' Engelland should have used his left. Bizz was wideopen for that. Of course I can write that because I am not the one getting pounded. W for Bizz '

Posted by bruins rule on November 06, 2010 at 11:24 PM

paul gets the win in this fight.

Posted by leeban on November 14, 2010 at 05:24 PM

Bissonette with a win only because he held Engellands throwing arm the entire time and thats why Engelland was pissed. But guess thats part of fighting in the NHL now a days. Who ever usually gets the best grab is going to win.

Posted by shawn46 on November 07, 2010 at 09:10 AM

2 old scranton buds getting down.... sorry Deryk.... Paul took this one.. better technique

Posted by slavv on November 07, 2010 at 04:32 PM

No damage done, but Bissonnette had complete control of this fight. Engelland landed a couple on Bissonnette's elbow, but that's all he was able to do...

Posted by st. bernard on November 06, 2010 at 11:59 PM

bissonnette easy

Posted by 5fourfighten on November 07, 2010 at 10:30 AM

Engelland got schooled in this one. He was kept off balance and never got off a decent punch while eating jabs and rights. Whoever believes that Bissonnette only landed 2 punches needs a trip to the optometrist. Does Goddard even dress for the games anymore?

Posted by SFVflyers88 on November 10, 2010 at 10:14 PM

So much for Engelland being the most dominate player in the NHL

Posted by dixon2424 on November 07, 2010 at 01:14 AM

edge biz

Posted by orr4president on November 22, 2010 at 05:25 PM

Good technique from Bisnasty

Posted by mactee on November 08, 2010 at 12:03 PM

Bissonnette with a great technical fight, body shots, short cuffs and some good rights.

Posted by tmlgerrits on November 07, 2010 at 02:30 PM

It's time that a lot of you jump off the Engelland bandwagon. Can't wait for Orr to get a second chance at him, He'll merk him.

Posted by mavrck22 on November 15, 2010 at 08:36 PM

TOTAL Domination by Pitt Homers need to send somebody out who doesnt need a phone book to see over the dashboard and who wont blow away in the wind....Engellund is a little dude who has got his clocked cleaned his last 2 fights...Parros dropped him to the ice last week with a left handed rabbit punch....are you Homers serious with this little guy? LMAO....

Posted by br4incell on November 13, 2010 at 09:52 AM

Biznasty had the reach on that one. Deryk had a nice run of undefeated but theres always somebody tuffer.. wish we woulda kept the biz around longer.

Posted by Sasky001 on November 07, 2010 at 10:46 AM

Engelland got cleaned up. His 15 minutes may be up.

Posted by bruiser11 on November 09, 2010 at 01:30 AM

Should have let it go longer

Posted by sedinfan on November 07, 2010 at 12:15 AM

Who voted for Engelland, Sidney Crosby? Engelland had a couple winners, maybe a little lucky. If he keeps taking on these big boys, he is going to end up on the funny farm. Get Goddard back in there.

Posted by Darkstone42 on February 03, 2011 at 01:41 PM

Engelland just couldn't get his hand free. Bissonnette didn't really land much, but Engelland didn't land any.

Posted by Bruins29 on November 08, 2010 at 09:30 AM

He's the Bizz...and he's Awesome! Well maybe not, but he was definitely in total control of this scrap. Engelland's winning streak comes to a screeching halt.

Posted by lb1631 on November 07, 2010 at 07:08 AM

Engelland looked like he really wanted no part of bissonnette.

Posted by Engbloms Tits on November 07, 2010 at 08:19 AM

easily controlled by Biz. Turns out that England isn't heavyweight royalty. No rematch ? Boo.

Posted by EDDUBBS on November 07, 2010 at 01:03 AM

Total domination by Bissonette. He used the same grasp method that Engelland has had success with recently and as a result he pummeled Engelland. Probably they shared tips when they were teammates.

Posted by piney on November 08, 2010 at 11:55 AM

biz had advantage but did nothing with it. draw, crap fight

Posted by Kid Roberts on November 07, 2010 at 01:12 AM

Biz did not dominate because Engelland caught him with a right. Draw since not a ton was landed.

Posted by Snoka on November 06, 2010 at 11:34 PM

Posted by PensRule on November 07, 2010 at 03:24 PM

Not one of Bissonnette's punches hit anything but the back of Engelland's helmet. It's like they called it. Bissonnette held him at arms length so there was nothing Engelland could do.

Posted by jarhead11b on November 07, 2010 at 07:52 AM

Linesmen jumped in to early again. Can two grown me just beat the crap out of each other?

Posted by illukka on November 07, 2010 at 02:30 AM

biz nasty controlled it all time, nice tactical fight from him and it gets him the w here

Posted by gmr133 on November 07, 2010 at 01:19 PM

Not a great fight. Bissonette with a slight edge in a fight with a lot of frantic punches but nothing really lands. Engelland jumps in too soon and Bissonette gets the better grab on the jersey. Even Engelland laughs after the fight--not a great tilt here. At least Engelland knows he'll have a regular job playing a regular shift. P.S. what is the point of Aaron Asham???--man the Pens got hosed on that off-season signing.

Posted by Dijo on November 07, 2010 at 12:25 PM

Eggy didn't look too good in this one. I guess he's not the new heavy weight champ after all.

Posted by Big_Fat_Dan on November 07, 2010 at 11:15 AM

Smart fight from biznasty, didn't give Engelland any room to got those punches in, and got some good shots of his own. Biz shades it.

Posted by Nelstorm on November 09, 2010 at 05:52 PM

Nice job by Bissonnette getting a good hold on Engelland's right arm, making Deryk unable to connect with any right bombs. Wouldn't expect to see Bissonnette winning against him regularly, but here he totally disabled Engelland's main weapon.

Posted by thebigbea55 on November 07, 2010 at 01:56 AM

2 straight poor fights by Engelland...

Posted by buzzgun2000 on November 09, 2010 at 06:52 AM

Engelland with his first loss of the season by close decision. You're not going to win them all. How about a bout between Bissonnette and Shelley in the battle of those annoying jersey jabs.

Posted by scorp1on on November 09, 2010 at 07:55 AM

Biz gets the lockout and Engelland's got nothing to do but wait till he gets tired.

Posted by Boogeyman2383 on December 04, 2010 at 10:55 AM

Edge to the Biz

Posted by Oil Can Henry on November 07, 2010 at 01:09 AM

Bissonnette usually sucks,....he had this one all-the-way,...first time I've ever seen him get a win.

Posted by blackngold on November 07, 2010 at 10:57 PM

It's cool how you can see just about everyone on both teams' benches stand up in unison for the showdown. Win Biz.
