Said it before and will say it again...Montreal neeeds an enforcer.
There's something wrong when their smaller skilled players have been fending for themselves and being pushed, slapped around and end up loosing them in the box for nothing.
Gave the edge to Poti.
Late note: Hattryck- good point..well taken. Just my frustration since Laraque was let go..

Couldn't see a damn thing. Win ref for the takedown.

hahahahaha Do you think Montreal could have had a bigger line out there? I'm surprised Ovechkin and Gionta didn't get into it. That would have been a heavyweight battle.

Great job VS. show a replay of nothing as a fight is going on!!! Winner refs looser VS producer.

gomer looks kinda like mike ribeiro, about two inches shorter.

i really wouldn't call this a fight, more like a disagreement with some shirt pulling and a couple of coffee cans to the back of the noggin

Whose grandma was directing the cameras??? They spent or time on the refs makes out session with Ovo... "Oh, hold me back... HOLD ME BACK!!... than the did non the action.... PLEASE.... "The Grate One" was going to go back to get involved in that about as much as he wanted to run into the stands and buy a hot dog.

Poti gets Gomez's sweater over his head and starts railing on him, and this is a huge momentum shift in the game. The Caps were down 4-1 in the game at one point, and in part because of this fight, they went on to win 6-5 in OT. It was a great tradeoff for the Caps--Poti, an average defenseman, goes off along with Gomez, one of Montreal's key centers, in the 3rd period of a playoff game.
