That was vicious, uncalled-for, retaliatory slash on Kotsopoulos,
which is probably why he headed straight to the dressing room after ''seemingly'' (and traditionally) losing to Mayers.

Why does it take camera men 30 seconds to figure out there is a fight going on? Frustrating.

Terrible views but the takedown and the way Kostopoulos left indicates that he was hurt. Does that constitute a win? I don't think so. I don't think a fight like this "injects life" into anyone or any team.

This clip sucked, all you saw was Mayers with the takedown. Who knows if there was much else. Draw I guess....

The worst fighter in the league in Kostopoulos against Mayers, a guy I HAD respect for. If you can't beat Tommy K then there's something wrong. Jamal's first game as a Flamer and he turns into a puke right away. That didn't take long. It must be the frozen air in that redneck city.

We didn't see any fight, sometimes the cameramen have no jugement and can't follow the action.
But i'm pretty sure Kostopoulous left the game with pain because of the cheap shot slashing he received in the ribs from, I think Borrick, at 0:47 on the replay and hid behind the ref. Should get 5 min for a two handed slash like that. very cheap and coward act.

Looks like Kostopolos is hanging on at the start and Mayers rocks him with 1 shot. This was a quick knockdown !

You would have needed to see the fight to rate it properly. I was at the game and believe me Mayers crushed him. It was quick because I don't think Kostopoulos is even a fighter but Mayers landed some bombs before slamming him. If you didn't see the fight just take notice of how badly Kostopoulos was hurting leaving the ice......
