That wasn't a fight.

Habs were the Hab-nots in this one. A bunch of yappers on the ice with glued on gloves, who got tougher once the refs arrived. Was BGL really a healthy scratch??? Wow, if he doesn't dress for this he must be really important. How do you neutralize him?...just say no, I'm not fighting your slow, one dimensional, untalented ***.

Proof that Hnidy won was the fact that gorges had brown crap running down his leg.

boldbilly, first and foremost, your post leaves no doubt that you certainly are as uneducated as that ass rabid. Hope you got your 100th celebrating in at the all-star game because that's all you can look back on for this season. If you think for one second that anyone on the Bruins are going to engage your goons in this series, you are even dumber than you exhibit in your posts. If you have the mental capabilities to read anything that anyone has written outside of the Boston or Montreal area you would know that Montreal is known for taking dives to draw penalties. They are an embarassment to the game as well as the great history of their team. Even some of your own fans are disgusted with their type of play. Morons like yourself that want to see bgl on the playoff roster dont seem to understand that it can only hurt the Canadians to have him taking up space on the bench. He'll take his 5-6 shifts, spend 10-15 minutes in the box and call it a day. Bruins fans should love to have that deadwood out there. One last thing, one sure sign of mental instability is someone who feels the need to type in CAPS. The performance of your pathetic team seems to have sent you over the edge. Time to check yourself into the nuthouse............

First of all, I know Montreal was playing to get in the playoffs but why the hell was Laraque scratched?? Why did they bother signing him if he's not going to play? That being said, I don't know how they can call this a fight. Unless you call Hnidy dragging Lapierre around like a rag doll a fight. Hnidy could have pummeled him if he wanted but Lapierre just turtled and they call that a fight? Montreal was physically manhandled in this game and if they end up playing the Bruins in the first round then I wonder if BGL will dress?????? If he doesn't they won't have a prayer.

rabidwombat, you just went to far, if you were in montreal and the strippers rejected you, don't take it our on the website. although it is obvious that the bruins dominate the habs in every aspect of their game, taking cheap shots at montreal and the women is just infantile.

another complete embarrassment for the habs in terms of character and heart but that's what you get for taking carbo over julien. gainey should should really retire.

I have read all the posts on here tonight the ones that accuse the Habs of starting **** then turtling and crying for the refs are right on the money. I feel bad for BGL watching his team act like a bunch of vaginas and I have watched him huggy bear Chara and hope to fall down quick, he really sucks against players over 6'5" he cant hug and give them nuggies to the back of the head. Lucic is ten times the player he could ever be. Komi is the biggest ***** in all of hockey.
The only thing I don't agree with is the ugly people in Montreal comment. I have been to that city on many occasions, They are some of the classiest people on earth and the women there are absolutely stunning, they really know how to take care of themselves. Where they got that bunch of useless pansies they call a hockey team is beyond me! maybe they are the eurotrash visor wearing turtling ****bags we all see.

Not a fight.
I'm a Habs fan but we looked ridiculous vs the Bruins. Gainey should be Fired just because of that game. If ever they meet in the first round and the Habs dont dress BGL and even Stewart we are going to lose badly...

If Lucic isn't Canadian, how was he the captain of team Canada during the junior summit series? Douche.

Hnidy handled him like a rag doll. No contest.

jlmcgui, couldnt agree with you more. Especially the officiating. Wtf was up with that? When Chara and komi got into it at the end of the 1st, the Bruins still had 47 sec. left on Hamrlik's crosschecking penalty. Chara gets the extra 2 served by Bitz, which should have had them at even strength starting the 2nd until Hamrlik's penalty was up. Bettman, the gutless piece of crap that he is would never say a thing about this because it was all about getting the pathetic habs into the playoffs. Any of you Bruins fans out there better get ready for more of this bs officiating, remember, it's all about Pittsburg and Montreal.............

boldbilly-
"4) You mentioned "cowards" I have never witnessed a bigger coward than your guy Lucic when we have no fighters dressed do you see how tough he becomes Jumping Komisarek from behind ..Same goes for Thornton used to like him but last night showed exactly what he is .........and Chara pummeling Komisarek because he gave a legal hit to Savard what a joke. There was a lot of cheap shots last night but the majority came from Bruin players"

No fighters dressed? How is that our problem. Sans BGL there is no 1 hockey player on your team. You trotted out a soccer team last night and were lucky to see a Point. Thronton Lucic Hnidy Stuart Montador all fight and are all "hockey players"

crap fight. This game was full of Montreal cheapshots and turtling when they were held accountable.

That being said, I dont approve of what Lucic did. Thornton was taking care of it.

I have been trying really hard all season to give Montreal credit (maybe because I'm not threatened by them anymore), but this game was just awful. You could tell the coach told them to follow the Sean Avery strategy of starting $hit, then coward when it comes time to answer, then use their superior powerplay. What pisses me off is it works, I'm just confused how Habs fans can support a team of cowards, it would bother me so much.

I hope we meet in the first round of the playoffs, but I hope the Habs actually come to play hockey instead of diving and turtling and running their mouths.
