Payback time for Jackman after he was plastered from behind into the boards by Lucic in period one. Hnidy got opened up pretty good and I just read Jackman lost a couple of teeth--old time hockey!

Jackman landed the more telling blows but Hnidy more than held his own. Two guys that are underrated in their toughness. Very good fight. I called it a draw.

9 times out of 10 jackman gets jacked, he even had 2 tie up the smaller hnidey here, and landed a few big ones. jackman is a weak fighter though

Hnidy showed some blood but both exchanged good punhes. I'll call it a draw. Good job to Jackman for getting in his face but why not Thornton instead? C'mon Tim!

bam932....."He landed at least 7 or 8 clean rights to Hnidy's face"???? maybe you should try and apply some of that objectivity you are constantly complaining about regarding the "homers" to your own opinions. Jackman threw his first punch right after he pulls Hnidy's helmet off. He threw a total of 7 more punches after that. So are you telling us all eight of his punches landed cleanly??? Ya dont have to watch too closely to see that is not the case at all and once again, you are full of crap. They both landed some decent punches, edge goes to Jackman. bambam, time to change your name, you have absolutely no credibility here.

Wow, lots of homers here... Not a fan of either guy or team but Jackman clearly takes this one. He landed at least 7 or 8 clean rights to Hnidy's face; and opened him up in the process.

Jackman was looking to even the score after being thumped by Lucic early in the game. Thorton was on the ice but Jackman jumped Hnidy. Hmmm, I wonder why.

I gave the edge to Jackman, though he ended up losing a couple of teeth in this one. Better than the Lucic/Witt bout.

all jacko great fight those of you who think he lost teeth those have been gone for years. you have to give it to tim just because his face was a mess before the fight and he wasn't bleeding after.

Hnidy got rocked from what i see. He landed some good ones but Jackman's did more damage. Better fight than i thought it was going to be. Props to Hnidy for giving Jackman a partner at the end of a blowout when he really could have backed down and no one would have blamed him. Curious as to why no one on the islanders went with Thorton

Jackman had the upper hand but Hnidy had a couple good hits i'd say this is a draw
